I have never heard of fries ribs, then smothered! But, they sure look good! If I ate red meat, I would try, however, I do have folks who do eat red meat, so I will prepare some for them. I guess it’s like smothered pork chops that my Mom use to cook back in the day. Luv your videos.

I love ribs but I have never had them like this. It makes sense if you think of a rib as a boney pork chop.

When I saw you put the garlic in the rice I was hooked. You can take that oil and the garlic, and saute your rice before you put in the chicken broth, it'll make the flavor stick to the rice, the only thing Id change is adding a flour or cornstarch slurry to make the gravy thicker, but this was a very nice video.

Jasmine Mestre if I didn't say it in the video I am not sure. Sorry. But I usually season my flour lightly with whatever I seasoned my meats with. If that makes sense

Jasmine rice, 500 points for that one . . . why choose any other . . .also Cavender's Greek seasoning is one of my best kept secrets, just try that on some easy over eggs, you'll make a second plate. You won me over, New Subscriber
