Hey everyone! I know it has been while, but I finally completed my next video. In this one, I'll show you never before seen evidence and surveillance footage from May of 2016. I'll be breaking it all down. Combining it with testimony and other evidence, I'll be showing why I believe Amber and her friends planned out a poorly executed, but somehow highly effective hoax.
It's been tricky keeping pace with all the new info. To keep up with analysis as new info comes out, I've been using Twitter more than UA-cam lately.
But don't worry, I do plan on making more videos in the future, as this all continues to unfold. I understand some would like for me to cover other cases. I might in time. However, I feel like I can almost see the finish line, and I really want to see this through.

I'm a huge Doug Stanhope fan and he really brought my attention to it when he wrote that article. Doug, as crass as he is, is at the end of the day a pretty level headed old school feminist and would take joy in calling someone out for being a woman abuser. So this whole thing has been very interesting and the media's silence about it is kind of fucking me up.
Just waiting for something not to go AH's way.
What she doesn't realize is that ACTUAL abuse victims (women in this case) will now be even more scrutinized and disbelieved when they claim they are victims. She's actually ruining it for other victims instead of helping and bringing their stories into the light.
Whether this woman realises or not the potential harm she is causing to other future victims, I don't think she is the type of woman to care. Her actions and personality traits show clear indications of a sociopath or even,worse still, a psychopath. She is definitely a toxic individual.
She also abused other women who will testify in court,but as usual her defenders ignore that fact.Poor women,it was revealed they are scared to testify,hopefully they will at the trial.
Jesus... I really hopes this is resolved so that he is not blamed for something he didn't do and that his career can go on :( so sad. he's been my absolute favourite actor for so many years and he seems like the kindest man alive, it's just not right what she's doing to him..

Lets remember, she was doing all this right after his mom died and while his business partner was screwing him as well! And yet, he remained so kind . . . letting her stay in his home as long as she liked, etc etc etc etc etc . . . this girl should do jail time!
I was once in a similar position as Johnny; and the fact that I'm 6'6" and 300 lbs seemed to be sufficient evidence that my accounts of being repeatedly physically abused by a 5'6" woman (weighing only 128 lbs) wasn't credible. Go figure!
I sincerely hope that if Heard is lying, she's made to pay dearly for it. The number of men who have suffered horribly and had their lives ruined by such vitriolic lies is literally countless.
I also hope that the legal system pays attention; and that the laws are amended to provide fairness in justice for anyone who is abused. This bullshit of always believing the woman needs to stop. People lie, whether they be male, or female... they simply do lie!
Exactly. Sorry you went through that. Just know there are plenty of female "allies" who are against those practices of automatically taking the side of women, just because they are women. It does a disservice to all of us, male and female.
It's important to recognize certain facts; that women are disproportionately the victims in domestic abuse, BUT that does not mean they are the ONLY victims. Nor does it mean that fabrication doesn't exist.
I don't think the majority of abuse claims are false, I really do think it's a small percentage of claimants that abuse the system, and most are to be taken seriously. With the information available for this case however, with depp and heard, I'm tending to believe it IS one of those in that small percentage. And I'm sorry yours was too. Unfortunately we won't always know the real from the fake, which is why I say, give compassion and consideration to the claimant, while also sincerely considering/investigating the side of the defendant. At least until there is reasonably enough to form an opinion either way....and if not conclusively certain, keep an open mind that your opinion could be wrong. Sorry, I rambled.

Unfortunately, when I found myself locked up in a holding cell, with about 30 other MEN who were arrested for various charges, I learned that there were plenty of falsely accused men in holding cells... jail... and prison.
I later came to understand that some of them were definitely abusive men... toward both men and women; however, what I witnessed was that the vast majority of abusive men are physically abusive towards both men and women. It's uncommon for a man to be solely abusive towards women. People need to open their eyes!
Additionally, after working in nightclubs and personal security for over two decades, I witnessed how women are far more physically abusive towards men, than vice versa. Unfortunately, physical abuse from women directed into men is somehow deemed _'acceptable.'_ When we see a woman being verbally and physically abusive towards her boyfriend, or husband, we think: he better not lay a hand in her. We don't allow for any situation, where it might be acceptable for the man to use physical force to escape his situation. Conversely, we allow a great deal of latitude to women to use whatever physical force is necessary to escape their situation... even deadly force.
No! Men are prisoners of their relationships, regardless of what you think now.
Even my wife, who is only 5'0" tall and 93 lbs, has sometimes abused the "don't touch me, or I'll call the police" line, when she was extremely upset with me; and I've never been abusive toward her. You'll never know what it's like to have the person you love threaten call the police, when all you want to do is extract yourself from the situation (a.k.a. LEAVE). It's a helplessness that women DO abuse quite frequently.
I've been called to come get some of my friends; and take them away from _"domestic abuse"_ situations, where the only abusive person was the woman.
I love my wife... so do my friends love theirs... but the legal system is the furthest thing from a JUSTICE SYSTEM. It entirely favours women, the way it is now.

Absolutely correct! Unfortunately, in the real world, there exists an automatic bias against men. It a systematic bigotry, which has received a tacit approval from society. That needs to be challenged and overturned.
I feel so bad for Johnny. My dad was abused like this by my mother. The fight we heard was a lot like what my mother did and my dad always walked out. He never hit my mom. And then one day he had enough and left too. And Brian I am so impressed with your journalism and documentation. You are brilliant. If Johnny loses this case you must share this with him so he can at least appeal. I really don’t like Elon Musk and like him even less now.
That last part with JD writing about his experience after the allegations and being mocked really had me feeling genuinely sad. I really hope justice will be served after this court trial. He deserves it so much

@@lindseydepp21 agreed! She was very abusive to him! My Uncle Toby was abused by his wife for 3 years before he divorced her so it DOES happen to guys too! Plus my brother Drew almost went to prison because she falsely accused him of breaking into her trailer and beating her. Meanwhile, he lost his job because he sat in jail for 6 months awaiting trial. Long story short, he was acquitted. She tried to frame him for the break in, however, there was no broken glass inside the house where she said he broke in. Instead, it was found on the outside, there was no medical records indicating he assaulted her and he had a solid aliby because he was at work at the time she said this happened. He also had character witnesses.
I think it's important to note that the extortion letter, sent to Johnny, had a deadline for him to sign by May 27, 2016. That also happens to be the same date she went to court to file a domestic abuse restraining order. So it would be logical to conclude that Amber only went to court because Johnny did not agree to her demands. This was nothing more than a show to scare him into giving in.

I say "some" because I did find this whole mess in media. In addition, Amber's agents or whoever in charge of cleaning her name is working very hard. I run a support group for people trapped in bad relationships. Have done for years. I have had relationships like this described to me by distressed men and women hundreds of times. Amber is a textbook example, literally textbook in every way, of a gas-lighting narcissist. Her wording, her methods, the mind games she plays, the manipulation and the control, the lies, the self justification. It's all absolutely classic narcissism. Sadly, Johnny is also very typical of the victims. A good person who loves the person they imagine their partner to be instead of the reality. A good person with an extraordinary amount of patience who refuses to stop trying to fix things with the narcissist. Feel so sorry for Johnny.

I am a female domestic abuse survivor (from a man) and I can say that, from what I've seen, Johnny is the victim. That being said, I am not a judge. All I can go by is what I see. As a culture, we are so ready to paint people with a brush and say "they are guilty." This sounds like two people who's relationship went south fast and in the public eye, even as an abuse victim myself, it looks like Amber is the abuser wanting the comfy life without the man. I hope they get their day in court and whoever is TRULY to blame is found out. There is so much that we, as humans, don't see in others lives and I want to reiterate that. Let's not just pull out our pitchforks on anyone. The truth will set you free. We all have to live with the truth in us and be judged by our truth. I am sad that Johnny's career was affected by this...he is one of the true artists in the world of acting.

Disney made a horrible mistake firing Johnny Depp! He is the one who created the iconic character of Captain Jack Sparrow as we know him today. That franchise made billions because of him. There is NO POTC without Johnny Depp as Captain Jack! Disney needs to apology to the man and hire him back now! Or they risk facing a major backlash by the world's POTC fans! Their dumb reboot is going to sink to the bottom of Davy Jones locker without Captain Sparrow at the helm.

They fired him without looking into the evidence he has always had, that proved the allegations in 2016 were crap. The judge dismissed Amber's abuse claims with prejudice back in 2016, because she did not have any valid proof and still people ignored it as if he was found guilty. All this evidence we are now seeing, Johnny had back then in 2016. JD wanted to go to court back then and prove his innocence, but Amber withdrew her abuse claim to the courts and the case was dismissed with prejudice. She didn't have a leg to stand on because she had been the real perpetrator and abused him throughout their marriage. Her false allegations from the beginning had been a hoax and extortion, look at her blackmail letter to JD. I remember reading about that years ago and the media completely ignored it, back then and now. This video by Brian is fabulous and thorough, but it's sad that an average guy on UA-cam has to make something like this, because bias journalists and media refuse report the truth about Johnny Depp, because it doesn't fit their narrative. POTC was one highest grossing films of 2017 and it made 794 million worldwide and still that wasn't enough for greedy Disney...ugh! Then Disney claims some bogus lie like it was always their intention to go in another direction with POTC. Yeah right.🙄 I don't believe it for a second, he was let go because of Amber's continually media assault on Johnny's character, no doubt about it. Johnny Depp is the only reason there is a franchise for POTC. More than half the dialogue in POTC was improvised by Johnny and everything about Jack Sparrow from his walk, look and talk came from JD's wonderfully creative mind. You got this all spot on. Johnny is one of my best friends and I saw his face after what she did to him. She told me, "I always get what I want", meaning money from him, and when he refused to pay her a monthly alimony, she tried to defame him. He wasn't even in town at the time he supposedly did what she said. Thank you for getting the true facts out!!!
I cant believe this guy hasn't topped more then a million views each video. They were done so well and he is incredibly thorough in all of them. The amount of research he put in going through court documents and tape and following trails and Instagrams, it's amazing. I really assumed now coming back 2 years later with all the new followers in the dep trial that these videos would have blown up. They certainly deserve it.

I'm usually very sympathetic to the victim and believe abuse allegations, but this one stunk from the minute I read about it. BTW, I'm not particularly a fan of Johnny Depp so I'm not a fangirl who thinks he can do no wrong. Her demeanor is inconsistent with a victim of abuse and more like the perpetrator. I hope justice is served in this case.

This whole story reminds me more and more of Amber's plotting against Johnny, to extract as much money as possible by accusing him of violence against her, and what disgusts me are the people who helped her in this outrageous move. A man I was very much in love with physically abused me the day after my Birthday October 26th 2019. He beat me so badly, I almost blacked out. He broke my nose, dislocated my jaw and fractured my right cheek bone. The bruises and swelling did not go down for months. MONTHS!!! The physical pain was at its peak 3 to 4 days later. The mental anguish I suffered is still weighing on my mind. There is no way I was laughing, smiling and going out with friends. I was curled up in a ball on the floor sobbing uncontrollably. I was anger, confused, hurt mentally and physically. I just wanted to be alone. I was embarrassed, felt zero joy or happiness. So would a woman that had been beating from the man she loves be going out in public, smiling? Looking people in the eye, without sunglasses and a hat to shield her injuries. To hide her shame to have people ask questions. Absolutely NOT! No fucking way is this piece of filth telling the truth!! An abused woman does not behave the way she does, especially the days after the abuse has occurred. What I know in my soul is she that Amber is a lying CUNT!! (please excuse my french)

There are absolutely violent women that think that it’s completely okay to beat on men just because they are female. She is exactly the problem. The reason that there is such a terrible double standard, and why men fear coming forward. Look how readily authorities, and the public believed Amber. How do you expect Johnny’s accusations would have been received? I think him standing up now is so admirable. He is showing that there is no shame in this. It doesn’t make him any less of a man. No one should be subjected to emotional, or physical abuse.
I agree and it is a travesty to think that men cannot be abused, and equally that they are shamed for it. Victims are victims, be they men or women and deserve justice.

Depp is a great guy and a very caring person, he didn't deserve what happened. He tried to get away from an abuser and instead everything got worse, I'm so glad it's all coming back to bite Amber in the butt for what she did! I'm glad I was one of the people who believed him too

I have been very uncomfortable with the current climate of accusations being enough to condemn. The complete lack of due process is alarming and is blatantly open to abuse. I fully support investigations like these to ensure that both sides get a voice.

As I go through your investigation series, I am blown away! You put this together in 2019! I watched the trial in 2022 and it’s alot of detail to remember, but I cannot find any disparity between your findings and the facts laid out, in the trial, by Depps winning team. Amazing job Brian!

I hadn’t told them half of it but I did fight back or rather hands held out to stop getting hurt you do hide it don’t tell your parents you are embarrassed stupidly I never did let it affect me after divorce didn’t take a penny from him getting rid of him was enough for me 2 years later I had t seen him since then and he wanted a reconciliation!!!!!! Got awarded £4 a week for my daughter right up till she was 16 so he did nearly get away with murder no increase for the cost of living but had to accept this as it was the law . It takes my breath away when I think of what she cheekily asked him for all the penthouses money ect instead of being a real independent woman like I was aged 23 then gone from once seeing the Beatles yes I was one of those screaming teenagers going to see bands dancing ect a 60’s girl but never took any drugs I was too frightened!!! So from that to getting abused just because you questioned why he was out all night coming in drunk no I didn’t deserve what I got either we can hear in these tapes he is not a violent person or if sh had the wrong person in front of her and not Johnny yeah she could have got real hurt or more she obviously enjoys it all but no remorse or embarrassment no wonder we are all screaming at our screens and all the people who are coming out talking about their own experience I will say it again the truth will out I hope .as she has not got a good memory has she can’t even lie right

He is not perfect and he freely admits his mistakes and past struggles with alcohol, but that doesn't mean he is abuser. Even if you don't care about Johnny Depp the actor/musician, even if you think he is strange, I implore you to take a step back and look at the facts and evidence with a rational eye. Think about the man and not the celebrity. This could be your dad, brother, friend or even you. Domestic abuse survivors are genderless. Let's support Johnny Depp and applaud him for his courage to come forward! He deserves our respect!

Those demands! Who tf does she think she is? Three apartments with ALL EXPENSES & UTILITIES PAID, the range rover & $50,000 per month. Those demands are exactly why I think her friends agreed to set Johnny up by lying. Considering she asked for the penthouses, with all maintenance fees paid no less, is that would have allowed them to continue to live in luxury with bills to pay.
That makes it even worse to me. Johnny provided them with luxury apartments, and many trips most of us can only dream about. And then they screwed him over.

Yes, I'm a fan of Johnny Depp, just like I was off Bill Cosby. What I'm trying to say is, I'm not being bias. With Bill Cosby, I believed every allegation against him, because something about him was very suspicious. Now, in regards Johnny Depp, I don't think he's an abusive person, he comes off as someone who's arrogant, not that has to do anything with this. But, at his age, it just seems that he won't go to that route. Also, Wiona Ryder, who was in a relationship with Johnny Depp for 3-4 years, has said "I can only speak on my experience with Johnny, and he was never abusive or showed any signs of being abusive.", something among those lines. I watched the whole trial. I’ve followed all of the investigative reporting. Here it is 2023. The first anniversary of JD unanimously winning the defamation trial. I am still AMAZED that her abuse didn’t end in a very much worse outcome for Johnny. 😢 I realize defamation is a civil trial, but I really wish it could’ve been a criminal trial, so she would actually receive jail time. Her whole PLAN was diabolical!

Many years ago, I was married to an abusive man who was also a serial cheater. We'd moved to a different state, but after I kicked him out, I couldn't afford to pay the bills on my own. I ended up moving back to our small town. Suddenly, rumors started spreading that I was the one cheating on him and he kicked me out. I was like "WHAT?" Small towns can really suck when it comes to stuff like that. And it turns out that it was his mother spreading the lies. But they sure did stick. I ended up filing for divorce and joining the Air Force. I needed to get out of town and had always thought about joining. Fast forward four years, and I came back to the small town. My new boyfriend overheard some guys at work talking about me in not so kind terms, more regurgitated rumors from four years before. I couldn't believe that that crap was still considered news there. It was frustrating. Anyway...to get to my point, given Johnny's high profile, the world was like a small town for him, where her lies and rumors were literally published. I am so glad that he was finally vindicated, even though there are still a few trolls trying their best to say the Virginia verdict was wrong.
He seems to be doing much better, and I know we all wish him the best because he deserves it.
As for my story, after five years in my home town, my husband and I moved to another state to the suburbs of a city because we didn't want to raise our kids where we grew up, where all kids had to do was party, and gossip is still the most popular entertainment. We had six kids who are now all over 18, except for our youngest, who is 15. We have never regretted moving. I can't imagine being a star like Johnny and never being able to escape the spotlight. I'm glad it's for good reasons now, though.

For the record! I never believed her. At first I was shocked when I saw her at the courthouse. Then when I saw her laughing the next day with no bruises with rocky. AH was not beaten as she stated. I'm a DV survivor. I've been beaten so bad , had stitches , black eyes cuts and scratches on face and neck. Some times it took weeks for bruises to fade. Makeup would not cover it. Amber is a liar . She doesn't have any idea of what a real beating is.

2- In the audio where Johnny is playing the piano and she attacks him and then screams the most awfull screams I ever heard, it was also designed for the same effect - people will hear you scream and think you are being abused, plus if she attacks him he might try to defend himself making it look it was him who attacked her. 3- In the video she filmed him breaking a bottle and being agitated around the kitchen, its so obvious it’s a setup also a source close to Johnny stated that shortly after Johnny’s mother passed ( Amber filled for divorce 3 days after his mother passed) she not only stated she wanted a divorce but also hinted that if he did not meet her demands for the divorce settling she could damage his reputation. That’s why he is so visibly angry while she is trying to film him knowing very well that the things she told him last would be cause for frustration.
4- Anyone that both met Johnny and Amber did not witness to any violence by him but many including Amber assistant claim that Amber is extremely Abusive and that she treats people in a very degrading way, specially people that work for her, including violence with her past spouse ( girlfrind)

This may work for some people that become dependent on her somehow, such as the friends who were living rent free in Depp's penthouses as a result of his relationship with Heard, but the employees of the building she lived in owe her no such allegiance. She can't control them. She can't get them to lie for her. And I bet it came as a real surprise to her when they wouldn't bend over for her. I have never spoken to anyone outside my family about my experience with Domestic Violence but I feel so strongly about this case I have to say something. One of my many attacks by my ex is uncannily like the one AH described about being beaten on the head and her hair been pulled out, this is where her reaction after this traumatic event differs poles apart from mine. My head was so sore and dizzy all I wanted to do was stay in bed for 2 or 3 days not go on a TV show the next day, my hands where black and blue from defending myself from the blows on my head, my head was bleeding where my hair had been pulled out and (sorry to sound gross) i had after a day or so a large scab where my hair had been that took days to heal. So I do not believe AH at all I am in tears while writing this because I feel betrayed by AH who I believed in 2016 and felt so sorry for her, what a fool I have been.
