So let me get this straight, this home starts at $475K up to $519K? With obvious cheap carpet, cheep door knobs, flooring from Home Depot, no pool or fire pit and KB expects to get those prices? WOW.. I knew the Real Estate market took customers for suckers but this is ridiculous. This must be KB' idea of affordable housing right? ahahahahahahaaaaaa
@@Andy6969ful hi Andy! All those features you mentioned would be a different price and considered an upgrade. kb home and many other builders have similar price points. The market is definitely changing. Thank you for the comment!
