This plane is classified as "all terrain", and that claim is pretty true as it can take off and land on grass, water, snow, and ice. It has a wingspan of 700mm. I really like it and it is my first hobbygrade plane. Please subscribe and stay tuned for more coming soon!

GREAT video. Definitely the best HK Skipper review I've seen yet. Mine should be delivered in the mail today.
This is based on Laddie Mikulasko's "North Star" (RCM 1986 March), a somewhat larger (44" span) balsa design. Many other foamie variations have been produced over the years (e.g. Polaris, Dragonfly, J11). The plans for the North Star and the simpler pure delta Arrow (RCM 2004 July) are on Outerzone. Incidentally, the rolls demonstrated here were aileron rolls, not barrel rolls. Impressive model!
I think you got your money out of it. Fun review.
Top review m8. Honest and funny. You got your moneys worth too. Some nice innovations to keep her flying. Seriously. one of the best reviews I've seen. You should rig it for fpv. Love the accidental landing up the boat ramp.👍
Great review man! It's your first hobby grade plane. (And the Skipper is rated Intermediate Pilot to Experienced Pilot generally so good on ya, mate!) My first Skipper had more tape and glue on it than a 1ST GRADER'S SCHOOL PROJECT! Good additional information that you offer us as well. I'll be getting that HK Cellmeter.
Awesome surviver. Great flying.
+Multirotor Go Yeah, it is a troop :P Thanks =D
Gotta love the HobbyKing Velcro!
+JC Quadcopters It is really nice, and so cheap.
That makes me even feel more confident in buying one! We've had the hydrofoils before and I swear it seemed like they flew better after I crashed it several times! Like you said it has been torn apart? And put back together?! And it still flies like that! I'm in! Heck when it comes to foam? Hot glue!! Does wonders! I freaking love that plane man!! You can fly the heck out of it too! That's where I'll need to practice for sure! Thanks for sharing!! Jay
+newmanfam9 Haha, it sure is a fixer upper :P I would prefer a new one yes, but this one still pulls it's weight! Hope you like yours! Come race me one day ;P
+The RCAddict lol I'd love to! You by far a better pilot!! No doubt!!id need a lake and a half head start!
newmanfam9 Haha, maybe give you a skipper XL as that goes 4S and much faster :P
+The RCAddict hahaha I'd probably just have a more dramatic crash!!! Lol hey if I give you my email? Could I send a pic of my Sons storm launcher? And see if you might know a good prop to put on it? It's Brand new but we used his new props on the old boat/plane! Now we have this new storm launcher but I don't
Know what prop to put
On? Lol just thought it be fun to practice for the skipper? jaysonqb92002@yahoo.com. I know ur busy but if you get a chance I'd love your expert opinion on it? Thanks Jay
newmanfam9 Sure, my email is thercaddict7@gmail.com:)
Woah! nobody can possibly say that you didn't spend...uh...QUALITY time with it!
Interesting piece.
+Michael Thompson Haha, yeah. I love it :D
It's cool!
You folks have a beautiful property!
You are fortunate to have so much scenic space to fly right outside your door.
***** Yeah, it is a 2 minute walk to get to the lake, but nothing compared to some.
What kv is that motor?
Nice review! LOL that things taking quite the beating and HK is probably watching your videos for feedback on the durability of this plane. (OK probably not LOL). Keep up the good work!
+Mike's RC Corner Thanks! Lol yeah right ;P Thanks for watching =D
THE REVIEW IS FINALLY HERE
+JC Quadcopters Yeah, not too many seems to watch it though :/
+The RCAddict I think that's because of the thumbnail and because you already made flight videos so this videos isnt as appealing because we already seen this plane from you :/
monkeymaster26 Yeah, I did not have time to set up a better one. Next time i review something this large it will be on the floor as the table review did not look good :(
It's okay :) but really i don't think that the thumbnail is the big problem i think that it's the fact that you already made multiple videos about this plane :D
monkeymaster26 Yeah, I only did those because it is special to me :)
a barrel roll is when you start as a loop pitched up then enter a steady roll and ends up in line with start altitude... you are doint axial rolls in the video
Your right m8. But, He did manage a barrel roll at 10.16.
Brilliant video, you have no clue how to review apart from reviewing your damage, it's so funny, I was smiling all the way through, keep on reviewing ;-}}
This is like a 2 year old video
So ! that does not make my comment any less valid, does it ?
I guess your flying has improved now and you no longer rip your planes apart with crashes, I also guess that your reviews are better, you follow some successful youtubers, so should have learned........maybe. :-}
Feel free to upload your own reviews if you think mine are bad ;D
Dang flashy transmitter bro xD
+monkeymaster26 lol thanks, silver is not good enough :P
Both of your planes are utterly ruined. But you still make them work... Nice job
+Pretzil295 I would hardly call this utterly ruined if it still flies perfectly :P lol. It has been in several pieces several times, but it just goes to show what a little thinking and hot glue can do!
Well.. cosmetically ruined. But ya it still works perfectly.
Pretzil295 Yeah, i smashed it up again today, it was in 3 peices. I put it backtogether again and flew it fine within the hour =D
