Creed's like the grandpa who did everything in life to survive, became a war veteran, then worked as a car salesman, did business, then became very involved with his grand children's lives.
Basically a cool grandpa.
mine worked at the port, then made and sold soap, soccer balls, kites, then worked at the port again, made shady bussiness into an early retirement and lived his best life with my grandma and always carried candies on his pockets to bribe his bunch of grandkids. he was awesome.
He doesnt care about telling the camera guy all the illegal things he's done.
I consider him an absolute gemstone of this show. Just look at his smile at 0:42 - that's just the summary of his character xD

I’ve always wondered what creed did after the grass roots broke up, turns out he helped Hudson, mason, Adler, and woods take down one of the most cover spies of the Cold War, Perseus.

When they zoom in on Creed’s “blog” you can read that Creeds actual job is the Quality Assurance Manager. When he tries to guess what he actually does at Dundee Mifflin he’s actually pretty close
It’s also made obvious in the episode called the watermark where lots of paper goes out with the offensive watermark. Michael calls in creed and says something like: “Creed how could you let this happen? You’re the head of quality assurance!”
