These were the last songs Freddy Murcury ever wrote.He was very sick and the band was there for him for whenever he was well enough to play,I think it is some of their best work....Awesome music,just listen to that guitar!God....I love them so much.

I just finished watching "Queen: Days of Our Lives" documentary and I can say that his songs do not get old. This is what music was and is all about.

I know so too, but I don't know where, or who first proposed this idea. I know it is true, but I'd like to know how people arrived at this knowledge. It seems that with Made in Heaven, and Cosmos Rocks, Queen are trying to portray that idea: that he's "in there". I've learned a lot about it over time, but it never loses its magic... :)

I hate it when I read comments of people saying they love Queen, but they can't even write the lead singer's name correctly. For God's sakes, it's Freddie! Not Fred, not Freddy!
Well, his band-mates called him Fred on occasion. But yeah writing "Freddy" is just people's ignorance there. Freddie was a golden singer. Freddy was a fictional killer.

I read somewhere that world of Rhye was an imaginary world of Mr. Bulsara. He created it in day of his youth. I dunno if i'm right. One thing i'm sure that i really like his songs and this one gives me really shivers :))))

@TheFubbick There are many interviews where he said he had a wider sexual preference, but that he would absolutely not go into any details about his affairs because it would be beneath him to do that (the In His Own Words book has all the interviews quoted, sorted by topic). The AIDS bit is correct, however, it was kept private up until Nov. 23rd and he died the next day. I never forgot the shock of it.

Nope. What I mean is that there is no true insight to be found, when you expect a person to "admit" this or that or the other. It's just your expectation. He talked many times about being gay, but he said it wasn't as important as Love.
When did he "admit he was gay"? I think you're confused...

It's a Beautiful Day is just the piano version with the ambient instrumental but It's a Beautiful Day (Reprise) is a Rock Remix of the song which is extended.
