I listened to the Kilfenora ceili band on Bank Holiday weekend March 18th 2019 in the National Concert Hall. They are all beautiful performers. I am proud to have their Centenery Commeration CD since 2009. It was so enjoyable to attend at the National Concert Hall. Long may they live. Con Horan, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

Sounds just like a few of the precious 78's that my father (now in Heaven) owned and now I have. Labels like "Avoca". I believe he bought them in NYC during the 1940's, when he was on furlough. He told me about Irish dance clubs that featured ceili bands. Anyhow - I LOVE this music!
