Dr kebiru is wrong to say the military are more trained in weapons handling than other's, police and DSS officers for instance are more familiar with weapons than the military, many police and DSS officer's sleep and wake with weapon's daily for the past 20 year's that familiarity alone build more confidence than a soldier who is hardly allow to sleep in his private home with official weapons. Weapons handling is different from "endurance to fught", after all police and other agencies are doing great job in the Frontline.
