Fastest run ever driven on D15 Endurance [TAS]

A while back i started on this project and though it would do 5 laps… but then postponed it for a bit, and i really wanted to finish it and here we are.

@@Oscwal yall forget about noseboost, yes they are not intresting to watch, but they are way faster, for example tas on E05 is more than 20 min faster (about 40% faster then the wr)

@@funkie1221 It's because it takes alot of work to make a tas and if he only makes 2 laps then he can copy the inputs 5 times to beat the track. Otherwise he would have to make 10 different laps which would take alot longer.

wouldn't it *in theory* be possible to get the car in the exact same position with the exact same speed and rpm and angle to make a loop possible? eh unlikely to do even with tas imo.

The thing is, that because this Tas is so fast, you actually have to make a very good Tas for all ten laps to beat it. Even with the respawn

Tasing is always fun because you most of the time recieve results fast, but yes it can get pretty annoying sometimes, especially when you feel a certein segment is unoptimized and you wanna go through it multiple times to clean it up

Would it ever be possible to make a brute force tool that gets the exact same velocity and position of the car at the end of lap 2 as at the start of lap 2? I know how precise it is but surely someone smarter than me could figure it out lol, would save a decent amount of time on stuff like this

It theoretically is and jav was trying it for his D15 tas. It did work to some extent when just doing simple stuff like nascar but the script involved a ton of bugs and you needed more precision for these sort of tases, but i would not be surprized if somebody gets it to work. For noseboost tases like E05 it will never be possible though.
