Emotions are 100 % important. Interpretation of Emotions are 100% important. Over confidence is when I Hold too long because I am Up and Excited. I am learning to Sell when I'm Up and Excited.
Losing is easy to handle when you manage your risk and have a plan. I’m never afraid to pull the trigger when I see a good set up because I know my loss will be minimal and 1 winner can make up for 5 losers.
trading is pure agonising headfk full of excruciating pain&stress , its the main reason most just cant ever hack it, its not as glamourous as it looks in the instagram ads or what most people think

Proper risk management helps preserve both financial and mental capital
I use to avoid these kind of interviews, brushing them off as useless. But now I realise that trading is 80-90% mental - its a head fuck.
