He even taped a picture of it on my bedroom closet door. Unfortunately, he passed away on December 4th. I've wanted this guitar since then. That Primal Sledge ML... Do you remember in the home videos footage Dime at the beach with an ML that had a hockey stick headstock instead of the usual V stock that he was swinging around? I remember the paint job looking similar to your Primal guitar. I didn't see the the headstock on yours, but is it the same as Dime's as seen in the beach footage?

Could you tell me which model that Schaller Trem' is? I want one to swap for my cheap Floyd Rose in my ML and also, are the Schaller a straight swap over without mod's?

2:11 thats not the original dean from hell. i think it's the import version. the original comes with floyd rose original, and dimarzio dp100 bk/cr neck pickup.
top mounted means that there is not cavity routed out under the floyd rose. due to the pitch of the neck, if it was routed the action of the strings would lay on the fret board. having a top mounted floyd will stop that from happening.

Thats the one dude ! Due to copyright, Dean did their own version of the headstock - it isnt a V headstock thats for sure

It is a budget thing 🤣 I’ve not played a Washburn rebel (yet) but the Dixie plays so smooth - C profile neck - light body weight and sits well too !
