Thanks so much for making this video. It makes so much sense now why our justice system is in the kind of shambles it is in. We even need more judges (see if you can make a video on that). Drastic reforms are required in our justice system and collegium system. Hopefully the current government will do that.
I'm an advocate and would like to heartily thank you for this video🙏🏻🙏🏻 So some corrections in your facts. After 12th, I completed my 5 year course at age 23. So bcom person can also do it by max 25. AIBE is open book and very easy to clear exam so no preparation and extra time is required. Although the salary is low, but a junior can take independent case as a fresher as well. I'm not from a reputed college and in corporate laws since 6 years. As all companies want a lawyer to check thier agreement and other work. Normal corporate companies are open to hire lawyers for decent starting packages of 3 LPA. By age of 40 normal corporate lawyer can also 20 LPA easily. All in all, in litigation it is tough for initial few years, but a smart advocate or a corporate lawyer can find ethical and legal ways to earn well by he/she is 30 years old.
LL.B. kar lo koi problem nahin hai bas aapko law and order ki knowledge ho jaayegi aur aap online teachings de sakte ho iske upar ya politics ke professor ban sakte ho 😊
Advocacy is a very stressful profession and at the beginning, earnings for a junior advocate are either nil or very meagre. Judges shout and abuse junior advocates in court as if they are not human beings. Junior advocates don't even get a place to sit in court. There are bar associations in every court but only the experienced advocates who have put in at least 10 years in practice get a place to sit. Overall the situation is very tough for junior Advocates in the beginning years. That is why most students passing from national law institutes prefer to join law firms or prepare for the judicial service exam. Very few students from top notch law colleges end up joining litigation as a practicing advocate. As a junior advocate gains experience and knowledge his earnings increase but it is a slow and time-consuming process that takes at least 5 years. In short, a junior advocate has to face abuse insults and a huge workload in the initial years for little to no remuneration only after he crosses this stage he will start earning something meaningful.

My father is a advocate, so I understand how hard this profession can be. In 2006, the year I was born, he earned just 20 rupees. It’s incredibly difficult to survive as a lawyer in India, especially in district courts. Now, he’s also involved in bar association politics, which adds to the challenges. In our state and city, the caste system makes things even harder for us. As a single child, I’ve witnessed the struggles firsthand-I’ve even experienced starvation. Life as a lawyer is tough, and it affects not just the lawyer but their entire family. To all the upcoming lawyers: please give it your best. Work hard, speak up for justice, and strive to make a difference-not just for yourself but for the people around you. Many families suffer when justice is overlooked or delayed. I’m 19, and I still see my father struggling in court. It’s not easy, but I hope you can bring change and live a fulfilling life while keeping your loved ones happy.....🙌🏼i am seeing struggling phase since 19 years now ...there is no change it just your hardwork ...
BA during 18-21. LLB during 21-24. AIBE exam can be cleared easily immediately. So technically you can be a lawyer at 24, and by 27-28 you can become financially independent.

In advocacy there is concentration of work in few hands . It is not like any private school where on 1 salery is given to principal, teachers, clerks, librarian, peon and sweepers.
Make one video on architects and their salary too. In a developing nation like India where we need skilled and qualified architects for infrastructure development, I see many architects switching their careers because of low salaries.

Sadly we are taught like its a professional service not meant for receiving money. So one should not look for monetary incentives as it is a noble profession. So what's the point of being in the noble profession if it's not gonna pay my bills and even sometimes hard to fulfill the basic human needs.
ONE GREAT SOLUTION
MAKE COURTS EVERYDAY WITHOUT LEAVE NO SUMMER HOLIDAYS IN SHIFTS
WITH SWIFT JUSTICE MORE CASES WILL BE MADE AND MORE JOB TO LAWYERS.
WIN WIN BUT NO SANE INDIAN WILL DO IT.
We need strict labour laws in this country to prevent exploitation. Thanks nikita for highlighting this sector.
Thanks for your guidance. Mujhe laga tha eak point par ke mai advocate na banu ese reason se but... Mu father wanted me to become advocate and he wanted to se me in that advocate's black cote. So how bad advocates are earning , Beside that I will fulfill my dad's dream. Because ik that he had faced so much in his life and I can do this much for him ❤
Rightly said
Great video!
Thank you so much for this video.
Thanks so much for making this video. It makes so much sense now why our justice system is in the kind of shambles it is in. We even need more judges (see if you can make a video on that). Drastic reforms are required in our justice system and collegium system. Hopefully the current government will do that.
I'm an advocate and would like to heartily thank you for this video🙏🏻🙏🏻
So some corrections in your facts.
Can we connect....!
वकील सबूत बेच खाता है फिर गरीब जेल में सड़ता है मुझे मालूम है क्योंकि में कोर्ट के बाहर टाइपिंग करता हु न्यूज भी इनसे डरती है

Thank you so much 👍
GREAT VIDEO 🔥🔥
Mam really thank you so much for giving valuable information regarding legal. #law #Legal
Struggle toh har jagah hai. It's how you upskill yourself & make connections. THAT MATTERS A LOT.
Mera advocate Banna bahut bada Sapna hai per aap ka video dekhkar Dil Tut Gaya 😔
LL.B. kar lo koi problem nahin hai bas aapko law and order ki knowledge ho jaayegi aur aap online teachings de sakte ho iske upar ya politics ke professor ban sakte ho 😊
Mat ja bhai, meh khud law padh rha hoon, galti ho gyi mere se, isse accha hai anpadh reh ja
Waqalat mein kyun scope nahi hai, male advocates se koi marriage bhi nahi karta

Thanks for sharing 🤍
Still after watching this video I’ll be appearing for law entrance exams in coming march 🤝🏻
Happens in all fields as there is no minimum salary laws in India
I am a dentist.. aur muje laga tha meri hi field mai ye haal hai.😅😅😅.

I love this Lady "The Nikita Thakur" not only because she is beautiful and cute but also she choose very pinpoint topic, real issues not usless topic. Love you Nikita Thakur, love your content, Ground Reality Problems❤❤❤
Excellent topics you had taken … the law professional really need to earn lot … at least they are the only one who will fight for you in court ..
Madam aap kya agli video me draughtsman civil walon ke upar video bana sakti ho!!😅😅😅
Please❤❤❤❤
True, am an Eyewitness 😢 of this nepotism in this sector.
BA during 18-21. LLB during 21-24. AIBE exam can be cleared easily immediately. So technically you can be a lawyer at 24, and by 27-28 you can become financially independent.
Ma'am love your media rising enthusiasm! ❤
You speak the truth what ever it is! Even, a report presenter don't have those proper knowledge or does the depth researches as you do and how you invigest the fictioned Chapters to the main topics!Love your society rising advices and hats off to your Hardworkings! 🎉

Recently took admission in LLB after graduation in Maharashi Dayanad University
My admission fees for whole year is Rs 6500 /- ( approx ) 😌
What you said is absolutely true
Very Nice Video's Mam 😊
In advocacy there is concentration of work in few hands . It is not like any private school where on 1 salery is given to principal, teachers, clerks, librarian, peon and sweepers.
Madam can you make same like vedio on chartered accountants ICAI
why because I am CA persuer and now a days CA'S are not getting enough jobs
Yes, I am a CMA aspirant and I also believe because of Direct Tax Code 2025, attraction of CA profession may shift to CS and CMA
Which level??
@@AmitGupta-tm2fx I gave foundation exam last week
Right yr junior advocate ke liye kuchh karna chahie😊
Thank you
Why you don't have intagram id you don't make short video??
Great 👍
Make one video on architects and their salary too. In a developing nation like India where we need skilled and qualified architects for infrastructure development, I see many architects switching their careers because of low salaries.
Thanks for standing for junior advocates Nikita
Mam can you tell about the Atul case
Mam, please BCA students pr bhi ek vedio bnayiyega. Pls dhyan dijiyega 😢.
Programming language skills ko update karo tabhi job milegi degree koi nhi puchta hai
Well this is the case with all profession eg medical....
Very good topic
Same in Real estate sector 😢
Didi thanks for the information I also want to become a advocate
But shayad is video ke baad mujhe bura feel horha hai kaise wo hame justice dilayenge jin ke saath pehle hi itni nainsaafi ho chuki hai Really I feel very bad for those Advocates.
This is very very very very true!!
Mam apa sound and editing is best
That's depressing!
15:00 really a deep concern. Sometimes I really feel about where's the country going where I tho can't see any bright future.
Can you make the same video for pharmacists
LLB have become a worthless degree . Junior advocates spend most of their waste fully. They don't get any cases. Some just give up when they don't have a successful career in law.
