Sir As they mentioned propogation time and processing time is 0 , so as soon as sender puts 1st bit on medium it should be immediately recieved at other end (reciever) as intermediate nodes will take 0ms (processing + propogation).
Hence for to receive 1 packet completely only Transmission time is rquired !!!

Ps. I am considering situation here that intermediate nodes will not wait for complete pakket to be recieved and they will start transmission as soon a bit is received.
