Many removed it by immediately booting into the Windows installer disc, without getting to the CHKDSK payload first. But, on UEFI systems, it's impossible to run the encryptor boot sector program, so you can just boot into your Windows disc and run bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr, and bootrec /rebuildbcd
