The fact Randy got annoyed at the interviewer for the work question, is something you should pick up on simply by being alive and watching the interview. You talk as if it's something kind of great insight, "Oh, he got mad at the interviewer, did anyone else pick up on that." Yea, EVERYONE picked up on it, it's kind of hard to miss lol

Naughty Orton mentions Benoit... In all honesty though, poor him, cannot be fun being attacked by a fan. This man is destined for the hall of fame and has had an amazing career so far!
Plus 5 weeks without a break and still bringing it in the ring every night is pretty impressive! No matter whether or not you like the character he plays on the WWE give the man props. He is a massive draw for the WWE (especially for female fans) and along with Cena, Punk, Shaemus and Bryan is what is keeping the industry afloat right now (may have missed people out... sorry).

Almost 12 years in the WWE. I don't blame him for mistakingly saying his first PPV was when they debut the Elimination Chamber which was in fact; Survivor Series, not SummerSlam. I remember his vignette that night. He interrupted Shawn Michaels' interview with "RNN" (an update on his injury).

More mildly irritated I'd say. To be fair the interviewer should have done his homework on that incident. Calling an assault "a work" when it isn't is incredibly disrespectful and shows quite clearly a lack of empathy or at the very least maturity. I think Orton maintained a respectable level of calm considering he was kicked in the balls...

Daniel Marshall Well, it was kind of disrespectful to ask him about it. It happened on a house show, not on live TV, so why would WWE do a worked fan attack with no cameras around? I can see why he took it to heart, the guy should've known better than ask him that question, regardless of what he thought about it. And from what they said, the incident happened a week prior to the interview, so obviously Orton was still annoyed by it. I'm sure if he asked him today, he would probably just shrug it off, but the question just wasn't asked in a very good way. "You sold for him" I think that's what ticked him off. Add that he was probably tired of doing media for SummerSlam all day and there's the result.
Daniel Marshall Wrestlers are pretty insecure, when they fake a lot of stuff like interviews, fan attacks, surprise guests and so on. And I'm not talking about the entertainment value, it takes effort and sometimes they injure themselves, but it's not a real sport either, yet these guys see themselves as real fighters imo.

Going from what are your childhood memories to did you ask a fan to hit you in the balls. It was a good thing Randy walked off the interview it would have been worse if it would have gone further.

Strange way of interviewing. Randy was being pretty cool with you at the start, he even told you about his childhood and memories, but you ignored it and didn't respond. You then try and wind him up? I doubt he'll ever do an interview with you again. It was nice to see him put you in your place though.
The reason why Randy Orton became irritated is because the interviewer asked him that if he's constantly on the road around 300 days a year? Randy then replies 300 maybe 250, the interview then response mm 250 that's "still quite alot". Basically, Randy didn't want to hear his opinions on what the interviewer thinks about his responses.
Since the interviewer's expression was in a way demonstrating that he knows more about Randy then Randy should know about himself.
