Just dowloaded the app based on your review. Looks and sounds great!
It’ll keep me from wasting time with iReal exports in my DAW, trying to improve them in vain.
Thanks, Dan, for such a complete review! As an older player returning to the instrument I am amazed at all the tools available to learn/practice jazz styles and technique these days.
Seems similar to Tomplay without the subscription albeit Tomplay has a larger library and more features.
How does this app compare to their 300 app?
Is this app like iReal pro, in that there is a list of songs already set up? I don’t have time to create my own tracks. 😊
There’s a link in the description but yes they have their own songs ‘in the style of’
The app is only available for apple device users. As well as a session band. Which means you should invest into an ios device first. Thumbs down.
