Monstercat is excited to announce the release of Rogue's brand-new single, "Dynamite". From the opening notes, the UK producer shows he doesn't want to waste any time getting into the good stuff -- the beat is driving and the synths are eager to push forward, but that haunting melody in a higher register brings a measure of sadness to the track. Mixing minor melodies with major chords, "Dynamite" is explosive upon impact and doesn't let go until the final melodies fade away. Monstercat is excited to hear Rogue's newest electro track -- but we're even more excited to share it with the world.

Dynamite is now 10 Years old! This is still good in 2022! Rouge was ahead of his time during 2012!
I think this is the closest we’ll ever get to Eric Prydz on the label. And yet, it becomes one of my favorites from Rogue, along with Dreams, From The Dust, This Is It, and Forever. I love that second drop at 3:45.

It's because of the real sudden and short synth tracks that makes this electro. Also, the main track in DubStep is a "shit your pants, it's so loud" bass/drop entry, whereas in Electro the bass is more of a backing track and when it's not it's usually an "a/b" section type of bass, where it repeats a lot.
It was hard to think of a pun for this song. Then BOOM it hit me.

Making good electronic music takes a depth of understanding music that no single instrument requires. Not only do you need to know scales, chords, progressions and posses the ability to physically play an instrument(cause most artists make their music with synths which are identical in functionality to pianos) Not only do you need to know all that stuff but you also have to be able to mix an extremely rich sonic range to make it not distort anything. I play several instruments. Mixing is harder.
