When i had surgery in the past i had to be up and doing everything that is life abroad. God make us women with extra strength and resilience.
I had the same surgery back in 2020. It’s not hard to figure out what surgery you had because you have been having so many issues with your period. We are women nothing to be ashamed of. We all the stuff in foods and hair products that wears black women have been using. The hardest part was knowing I no longer have that in me but I was happy it was removed. It’s a good thing because my grandmother didn’t and she ended up with ovarian cancer. The biggest thing is watch what you eat because of the gas. I ate apple sauce crackers mostly until I got all the gas out. After a week I was able to eat what I wanted. It’s life so everything will be fine, after while you will be glad you had it done. God bless glad you doing better.
I just had the very surgery on October 4th. I’m so happy that mine is out because they tested it and come to find out it was pre cancer. I’m blessed to have gotten it all out.

I've also had the surgery and I later a total hysterectomy it's a hard surgery you'll be fine God is watching over you my dear❤

Crissy is really an inspiration to me, I have been watching the Carter Family from I was 17 years old now I'm 24, I wouldn't say the I have accomplished everything, but I'm at a comfortable space right now, and most of my business attributes I got them from Crissy she is such an amazing person my internet Aunt love you girl. Yes I had mine removed in 2007 and a cyst on my right. It took about a year but thank God I had that surgery. Glad she’s home at her surgery went well.
I have fibroids but mine don’t bother me they are outside my uterus I have normal periods every month.
I was just going to say is fibroid surgery. My cuz did one this year . About 20 add she remove and is the bleeding one she did have.
O wow I did mines last year January 2022. We as black women have so much in common we just don't speak on it. Stay strong I wish I saw this earlier would of given u some tips, get a warming pad, wear a onsie the day of surgery, a toilet seat lift so you do not have to go down low. That surgery let me know how much we use our stomach muscles to do everything. Pray for fast healing babez
Chrissy, Strong or Not, you need Rest in order to heal properly, u have a husband & kids let them pull some of the weight. When you are well enough you can resume your regular activities. You are worried about a house that is already clean. Show CMR how to cook what u want & relax yourself or send the fish over to Ms. Veronica so she can cook for you. Please relax as per your physician, you don’t want any set backs.

I'm an ICU nurse and we prep many patients for heart surgery. We give them a CHG bath the night before and morning of surgery. I have to shave chest hair and hair from the groin / pubic area because most times the insertion is made through the femoral artery/ vein. They make a big deal about those things.
I think the Chg shower is now mandatory when doing surgery. I did an ent surgery and I had to do that.

The reasone for trimming the ends is to avoid split ends. The hair grows from the root. When you get dizzy, just check that you are drinking enough water. Dehydration can cause dizziness. Stay strong and good health to you.😊

Praise God! Surgery was successful you look so pretty no one would know you just had surgery just make sure to walk every morning and Crissy I know you love to work but please stat away from the stove and lifting of things. Be sure to keep the area dry so you don't get infection because that's when you'll have pains that even me or you can't endure. Glad to see you back home get well soon you have at least 6 weeks as long as you don't get infected

Crissy place a pillow infront of you in a hugging position not applying too much pressure. It helps support when you cough or sneeze. I know how it is I did the pillow trick and it really works

Praise God for your speedy healing! Crissy you need to drink ginger tea. Cornmeal porridge that will help with gas. Eat spinach daily for bowel movements. I had several surgeries. Last one hysterectomy laprascopic. I have experienced it all. They put a camera in your throat during surgery. Also you need to wear a binder. You belly is swollen now but it will drop when healed. Binder will prevent this by keeping it up while it is healing. ❤❤❤❤. You are a Champion. Be blessed and stay strong!
