Your point of this not being a resale box therefore it was worth less doesn't add up either. Why would there be a difference? When I asked to return the box at my expense for a refund you said you would play "pingpong" with the package. What I received defied my expectations as I had asked for band t shirts and I received a mixed box of non music and sweaters. You have no problem on your channel going after people who sent you bad boxes but are upset when you are called out. There was no slander here, this was clearly a scam given you went through friends and family and refused the return. Either way, good or bad, this video was going to be made.
There would be a difference from a personal box and a resale box. Look at it in terms of wholesale and retail. Personal vs. resale. I don't know if you thought you would get a better price if you put you wanted it for personal use but that's not how it works. Plus, you don't seem to realize that there are other platforms to sell these t's on that would bring in more $$ than ebay.
Thrifting from Scratch first off ralli.roots has been called out multiple times scamming a bunch of people who work hard for that money and to even understand the defeat they feel is just the beginning, personal or resell boxes THEY ALL COME LIKE THIS FROM RALLI.ROOTS. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS WHERE THEY GET MAD BECAUSE I WAS ASKING FOR AN EXPLANATION ABOUT THIS, THEY DELETED THE COMMENTS AND BLOCKED ME SAYING NOT TO ACT LIKE A CHILD, WHEN ITS THEM WHO ACTS UNPROFESSIONAL, MAKING OTHERS DELETE REVIEW COMMENTS OR VIDEOS AND BASICALLY PAYING OFF BUYERS FOR THEIR SILENCE.
That is disgraceful! My partner and I sell on eBay full time. We have been followers of Ralli Roots and his family for YEARS! Ralli. I hope you know that you broke our hearts! We have caught every upload on the hourly for the daily for the yearly’s pal! Your response was so... fucking childish! Not only they are scammers but their sales are fake. I reviewed their ebay store every few days and their inventory remained stagnant. They do not have the sales they claim to have. They make a business ripping people off and providing fake material. You should sue them!
This dude doesn't really know the vintage game BUT he DOES have a good sense of when he's getting scammed. None of those shirts are worthless as he alleges but they also aren't worth much. Sounds like Ralli is targeting millenials on Instagram chasing the vintage rock t shirt craze. Ralli could've afforded to be much more generous with a $1,000 mystery box but it just shows where they are at. If they need to do this to people, they are definitely not as successful as they let on.
I commented on another video where the buyer got a $500 box from ralliroots and it was not high quality at all and was targeting resellers. Ryan came into people's conversations calling everyone idiots and nobody should ever sell vintage clothing because he is the only one who understands the value of items. He is a total idiot.
I've always felt deep inside that he's a scammer and a fake. I used to be an ardent sub, then I called him out once in his channel and never go back. He makes his channel so fake, keeping it "positive" at all costs, even when things are going badly. His phony smile doesn't fool me anymore. Beware of these "positive" channels. They're all over UA-cam. Life isn't always positive. I'd rather hear bad news, as long as it is real, than watch la la land. I lost quite a bit of $$ listening to his bad advice. He's all about the $$, yet he claims to be doing it all for us, lol. That BS I never believed.
We bought 4 or 5 boxes from them, and figured out they were scamming with these boxes. We’d been tracking the profits on these boxes after actually selling each piece which came out to NEGATIVE 20% Gain. We’re never buying from them again. It’s a shame they are abusing their popularity to sell terrible mystery boxes. I’ve bought from plenty of smaller sellers and hit 50-75% profit margins.
Island Thrifts Yeah because they throw in a few high end pieces to make you come back wanting more. But in reality the total value of the box isn’t there. It’s almost a trick of the eye. And we weren’t tracking numbers that closely. We also bought them all within a few days apart so didn’t really give ourselves time to evaluate. We did make a mistake in buying more because we didn’t pay attention, and that’s on us.
Eron Schmedes haha we stopped buying them all together. It’s so much better to know exactly what you’re getting. Since we stopped buying them our profits have tripled
@@metalflippinmell6417 he showed some comps and the price difference. I've sold short sleeves for more than long sleeves before? Go back to the ralliroots channel it's ok for people to put out a real video and give their opinion.
Sorry you had such a bad experience. I wouldn’t deal with these people at all. I met them at eBay Open 2 years ago. The only reason they were there is they convinced eBay to ask them to speak and pay their entire costs. They said they wouldn’t go if they had to pay their own way. Last year they didn’t attend because they had to pay their own way. When I met them, I spoke to Ryan and he had no interest in speaking to me. He said a couple words and then turned his back on me. I spoke with someone else and he said oh, he did the same thing to me. I met his wife and went back 5 minutes later to introduce my husband and she acted like she was meeting me for the first time. So fake. Their dog was very ill and at the vet when they left on a trip and when they heard the dog probably wouldn’t make it, they completed their trip before returning home just in time to see their dog die. The final blow was when Ryan had to show off his new car. He said he wasn’t bragging, but he sure did have to show his car off and every option. That was it. I have no respect for him or his business. I felt for a long time that they are out for themselves and care about only themselves with selling all their courses and showing off every time they get a chance instead of being a little humble. Just my personal opinion.
I very much share your personal opinion. I joined his channel in 2017, and right away could see that his phony "keeping it positive" channel was a con job. I couldn't keep it in any longer one night and called him out right in his own channel. After he called me an idiot, I never came back. He says he's doing it "all for us." What a line of crap that is!! UPDATE: Last week I unsubbed and told him why right in his comments.
Yeah he counted the the two cannibal corpse as $0 when in reality they go for $90-$120 each. Saying it’s suppose to be on fruit it looks tag and it’s not where for it’s fake is stupid too. Bands don’t have contracts with shirt makers for the most part, they just use whatever shirt they can get their hands on. Yes this box is weak for $1000 but this dude is also weak in his knowledge
Just so you know, those aren't fakes, they're European tags. So even though the licensing is to Giant, in Europe they'd be printed on European tags, so they're from the right era, even if they're bootlegs. That being said, still super weak for the cost, especially because that Sting looks like it has dry rot.
Yea and then all these dumbass youtube followers for ralli.roots are trying to cover up their BS, LIKE IF RALLI. HASNT BEEN DOING THIS TO MULTIPLE BUYERS PERSONAL OR RESELL BOXES THEY ALL COME LIKE THIS. My friend spent 500$ for a 15 piece and a couple of the shirts were just rags, no sleeves nothing just cut up shirt. HOW IS THAT SUPPOSED TO PROFIT ANYTHING??! All the shirts were worth 30$ tops
y’all need to realize that 95% of the euro bootlegs or mexican bootlegs y’all see are modern day reprints. this kid knows what he’s talking about. he got sent a much of fakes and he knows it. rali roots is known for selling fakes
P.S.A. If you are considering buying a "mystery box", "pallet", or other collection of carefully curated discards, insist on a manifest if you are foolish enough to buy it without inspecting before you do.
it might be robbery for some but put it long enough on ebay you should be able to get around $1000 for the lot (long tail) but he shouldn't have called it a scam, he received vintage shirts, not a bag of rocks
I just sent an email to Ralli Roots asking; " what's up" with this kind of product within the reseller community? I almost paid to join their training course for reselling. I hope he treats you right and gets behind this. sorry to see this kind of thing.
As someone that has been in the vintage t-shirt game for over 10 years I stopped watching Ralli roots when they started really getting into t-shirts . The information they were passing along just didn't jive in my experience. Now I know vintage t-shirts are hot right now but the prices they were talking about were just crazy. I would read comments from their naive groupies and just shake my head. Im sorry this happened to you but im not surprised. I to have made plenty of mistakes and a good buddy always tells me college isn't cheap. Try to learn from it, move on and you will have your awesome vintage t-shirt score one on these day !
So you weren’t buying a mystery box to resell? Why would you buy $1000 worth of random tees when you could just buy a few of your personal grails with the money instead then.
The fact that you are offended and embarrassed by Cannibal Corpse artwork is not helping your case here. The dog hair on the other hand is unacceptable.
Despite the mystery box being quite trashy - your lack of knowledge on the other hand is also quite shocking. Don’t compare an original tee to a $10 reprint posted on eBay please. And please learn to understand the value of bootlegs (often more valuable than originals), as well as European releases.
willscottage yes you definitely can sell bootlegs on eBay. I’ve been selling on eBay since 2011. Both eBay and the fashion world recognizes bootlegs as a style of contemporary and vintage that is very desirable. Of course you can’t sell fakes or knockoffs but those terms when it come to clothing and fashion are much different then bootleg. Bootleg is essentially and homage of the original. Fan art in a sense.
They even charge kids money to teach them how to sell on ebay. I saw they called another mystery box seller out as a scammer for the seller being a week late shipping a mystery box to one of their "students" ... the ralliroots "student" ended up getting a box for $545 that was WAAAAYYYY better than this.
RALLIROOTS has NO EDUCATION IN TEACHINGS ebay is only a side gig for them, people are CRAZY to spend the money for their mentorship and being ebay influencers ONLY mean s they will NEVER say anything bad about ebay, as personal people they are very nice business people well not so much in my opinion
I called out Ralli Roots for making fake sales a long time ago and they made a video about me calling them out. They hide their eBay sales record online so it only shows some sales. Then they make videos about their sales, yet you can’t find them on eBay. So why do they hide them?
Seriously wtf did you expect with a "mystery" box?? For $1000 you can find 300 or more vintage shirts all day by hitting garage sales and thrift stores. No one made any money buying mystery boxes...lol
Man said the comps on Ebay for disturbed shirts were trash and then pulls up an active listing for reprints as comparison instead of an actual vintage listing 💀💀 what a clown
Saw this on Reddit. I feel for you. Terrible experience. They seem as fake as can be and I suppose this proves that. I don't collect band shirts but I feel like you deserve a follow and like nonetheless. Keep it up my dude
Very shady business practices. Mystery boxes are essentially gambling. File a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general in Ralli Roots state of business.
I called them out, small sellers are afraid to call them out because of their following but hyprocitical of them to call out people as well. They blocked me and didnt give actual valid reasons but excuses about it. There is no excuse or mistake on sending crap. Especially when it happens multiple of times. QUIT SCAMMING RALLI.ROOTS!
MrTeeVintage def man and I appreciate that you didnt go through with their plea deal, other buyers have accepted it and ralli.roots will go as far as to ask them to delete the video of the box because its stating the truth. To me thats just letting them get away with it. They delete any real feedback and videos.
Yes 100% scammers! I signed up for there mentor program but all it was, some word sheets and youtube videos I already seen on there youtube and a list of items they sell lol bye bye $400 😷 for 3 months only
Wow that's messed up I've come close to doing similar for art class type mentoring I'm skeptical of all that shit now someone burns me for $400, the better go into hiding, cuz I'm coming for my refund
When they pay 14k for tshirts, they’re buying them so they can make money. Not to be the Robin Hood of reselling. I mean come on, get real. They’re going to send everyone the crap they don’t want. Lesson learned, source yourself
Just being honest or just being uneducated of the culture? Just too much complaining on your side. Ya don’t even know counterfeit vs European tag. Educate yourself, man.
This sucks. I’m sorry this happened to you, I really like Ralli Roots content. I’m not a vintage Tee guy… so I can’t speak to that, but it’s puts them into a new perspective.
Bro you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.. European bootlegs are DOUBLE STITCHED. Vintage T-shirts have wear on them.. have you ever even sold a vintage shirt????
Also, you would think that since you are making a $1000 purchase, you would try to have some type of protection. But since you paid through F&F you lost that. ALWAYS ask for a detailed invoice if you are making that big of a purchase. Scrub mistake 101
Simple don't purchase something of that much of a high value unless you have the items in your hands so you can check it all over . Never been understand why people let there animals walk all over their stuff on floor .
Omg so true!!! He begs and looks like an abuser....they're certainly creepy... I hope people will stop buying from them and they stop overcharging g for mentoring -
Glad you posted...same here. I detest them...he's rude to people at their own sales on their own property...wth? I'd tell him to get off my property...arrogant lil b!+ch boy...
Covered in dog hair alone would piss me off. RR is raking it in but can't invest in a lint roller?? Some of those aren't fake but on European tags but definitely not worth a 1000.00 for even personal collection
I am guessing that Ryan's knowledge base of vtg. tees isn't as great as people think. I have been watching them for some time and am surprised. I have a hairy shedding breed of dog, but I am very careful not to allow dog hair on my items. It seems like Ryan switched from general selling of used clothing to tees. In a way I think Ralliroots played a roll in the saturation of the used clothing market on Ebay. They have hundreds of thousands of viewers that are like an army of clothing sellers on Ebay. I have a very nice The North Face jacket I cannot sell. Well, I might be able to for next to nothing. All of these viewers buy the clothing that Ralliroots told them sells. Thus, saturating the used clothing market.
Yep they 100 percent contribute to it, so do most of the other big reseller channels. I heard 1 say dont undercut people on ebay with cheaper prices because its rude, while shes telling the entire world what items to buy knowing they will flood the market
After what he said about daily refinement, sorry, I’m out. Then I see this and not I, just angry. I would honestly flip the Fuuuuu out if he sent me that
personal boxes are for people with disposable income that want to support them not for reseller. he got what he paid for $400-$1000 worth of shirt depending on the market rate. regardless i wouldn't have been pleased by the shirts but calling it a scam is wrong. he got products albeit not what he wanted.
I’m worried for you. 1. In many cases bootlegs sell for more 2. Off set prints were very common in the 70s, 80s, 90s (I was born in the 80s and have seen this first hand) 3. Just because a shirt is Licensed to Brockun doesn’t mean it’s printed on a Brockum tag...it can still be printed on various T-shirt’s so the fruit of the loom comment about the zztop makes me think you need a better hobby ( I say hobby and not business because you clearly have no idea what your talking about) .... I stopped at this point because this video is sad lol.
In what cases does a bootleg music tee sell for more than the original print? & your #3 point is way too condescending to be so misinformed. If you think a company is going to buy the rights to a design, and then lease it out instead of printing themselves, then you need a better hobby. And I say hobby because....
Upsetting to see because they posted a vid recently opening a shitty premium $1000 box themselves. Super messed on their end. Oh Nevermind lol you posted them at the end
At the end of the day they are still making more money then all of you, that’s hustling. Also if you buy mystery boxes and expect to get everything you want your just plain stupid 😂
Interesting. looks like 10-15% ROI from the comps I was finding. counting the tommy and sting as 0 I found comps for everything else that add up to 1165. (I found the Manson for 199-230 after some digging, same for the greatful dead one)
THIS IS ACTUALLY SO HARD TO WATCH... The more I watch this the more you show me that you have absolutely no idea about band t-shirts. Just because the graphic says "Giant" and its printed on a different tag, doesn't mean it's fake.. it means its a BOOTLEG probably printed OUT IN A PARKING LOT OR STORE somewhere in the 90s. You don't even know what a bootleg is bro..
Bruh... You pulled out the grateful and said "Its not on a liquid blue.. its on a FOTL.. definitely not one of the higher end" BRUH... YOU'RE KILLING ME HERE
Just do a chargeback. I mean you'll never buy from this guy ever again, so who cares. This silly operation needs to be shut down. $1K for 20 t-shirts, nothing older than the late 90s? GTFOH. PayPal would also love to know that he's encouraging business customers to pay with F&F. Big no-no. Demand a refund. Tell him once you get that, you'll ship the pile of rags back on his dime too. If he refuses, just proceed with charge back. The reason you waited a month was so he could take his time to pick his local area, and throw the garbage in a big enough pile to send to you.
Sorry you got ripped off. Glad someone's trying to speak out about them. I stumbled onto their channel years ago when they only had about 400 subscribers. I watched them for quite a while and realized ryan told lie after lie. One example..their most viewed video about that says we almost went to jail is about beats headphones he bought from some guy. In the video he says they were real beats but then in another video long after that, they're just chatting and they mention the fake beats. Just one example. It was constant. They're pretty so people believe them. Plain and simple.
I’m a seller on multiple platforms... I sell “lots” of all kinds of different clothing from time to time.. It’s hard to explain to people that have never run (or been accountable monetarily) for a business, how much stuff like this sucks for everyone involved... I do agree with his ending conclusion...DONT BUY MYSTERY BOXES IF YOU CANT AFFORD THE MYSTERY...I DONT LIKE MYSTERYS THAT INVOLVE MY MONEY. LOL ... But that’s just me.. But I will say that I’ve been watching Ryan and Ralli Roots since the beginning of their channel, they are the ones who inspired me to do what I do now... Reselling has turned into my life and my career (not to mention it pays the bills !!! ) and I really have Ryan to thank for pointing me in that direction. I don’t believe Ryan lies on his videos. I don’t believe there is a reason. They must be at least successful enough to afford the awesome farm they just bought .... not to mention the super cool matte black Tesla... I just don’t believe that they made their money on the backs of others like this the way it’s trying to be portrayed... I’m not saying this guy is lying... NOT AT ALL ... I would be pissed if I paid $1000 for this box... BUT I also read Ryans response... and he offered 3 things which should have squashed this : 1- full refund 2- keep the box for a partial refund 3- Keep some items and trade in others for more desireable items. If this gentlemen’s goal was ONLY to obtain the box and shirts then this should have satisfied him. Why didn’t he just send it back to Ralli Roots? Or take one of the refund/exchange offers?? Maybe to get a whole bunch of new traffic to this UA-cam channel by hi-jacking the traffic of Ralli-Roots... THIS IS VERY CLEVER !! HONESTLY I KINDA WISH I THOUGHT OF IT MYSELF !! But it’s a crappy thing to do to someone’s name and reputation, if that’s what this is... And it’s also crappy to “rip off” one’s own customers.... if that’s what this was.... But you gotta look at it from both parties points of view. Also... I just wanna put this out there... I’m sure those of you that actually sell online will HAVE to agree with what I’m about to say: The pandemic, by its very nature of quarantining everyone from everyone else, has brought tons of new sellers and buyers to the online communities and marketplaces in 2020.... Which is awesome !! But the folks like myself and Ryan, that have been doing this a while, need to introduce and remind (or tell them for the first time maybe) all the new buyers and sellers that this is a COMMUNITY !! WE TRY TO TREAT ALL WITH PERSONAL RESPECT AND DIGNITY. I AM NOT WALMART.. RALLI ROOTS IS NOT WALMART... EBAY IS NOT WALMART... AND WE DO NOT SHARE theirBUDGET, their RETURN-POLICY, and their hankering for WORLD DOMINATION.... But I blame Walmart for making AMERICA think that every business entity in existence should have the same return policy as Walmart... IT JUST DOESNT WORK THAT WAY... I’m getting a bit off topic... but what I’m trying to say is that EBAY should be a community. You can directly contact the folks you buy from... they are not some huge faceless corporate giant.... it’s a man or woman that’s just trying to pay their bills and feed their families.. We should ALL just try to remember that the next time we try to execute a “Walmart type scam or return” on an innocent civilian (and you all know what I mean... everybody scams, steals, exchanges, etc from Walmart and doesn’t give a shit cause they make 15 billion $$$ a year... they can afford it right?? ) BUT I CANT AFFORD IT !! Maybe Ryan and them are doing good... but they are not doing “WALMART good” .... Think about it.... Do you really want EBay to turn into Walmart?? Isnt that why you buy from that platform in the first place?? You could always order from Walmart.com !!! I think we need to REFOCUS our energies here ladies and gentlemen... And I’m not trying to give you a hard time buddy for creating this video... I just hate the bandwagon folks... I think your vid was well made and you presented your ideas calmly and intelligently. I will def sub and will watch futures vids... I just feel pretty strongly that Ryan’s a pretty good dude and that he would not intentionally rip you off... And then not do whatever he could to make it right for you... -What was the conclusion?? Did you send it back or keep? -Did you get a refund ? Exchange? - I was reading Ryan’s response and it seems like he pretty much offered to do whatever he could ..... How did you proceed? Is it really about the $$$ or did you just wanna make an example... I’m just wondering your motivation... You don’t have to answer me, obviously, but if you want a new subscriber and supporter from ME, Dave , a full time “fellow-RE-Seller”, and UA-cam.... then I would really like to know.... if not .... that’s cool too Thanks for the vid !!
Eh. Personal vs resale are two different things. Just speaks about how yourself as an individual has zero knowledge about business. Even with research, you should pull in 20% profit on top. Can’t expect to always get gems and profit 100%+. Plus they tried fixing their “mistake” and you refused. Take your tears elsewhere.
Hey bud, very nice video BUT you don’t really know too much about vintage. I would suggest you do a little research before calling things fake or counterfeit, just because you’re not familiar with them. Box is still garbage though.
Licensed to giant and not on a giant tag it's fake 😂. Bro education is key lmao 😂. And who told you sweatshirts are less desirable? Sweatshirt are definitely desirable. Don't misconstrue what I'm saying though. The box is trash for 1k.
Sellers can say this T shirt is worth what ever the seller says it’s worth, it’s up to the buyer. That mystery box is sad. You might be able to go after RR for selling fake merchandise.
If you buy a mystery box from anyone I feel like you are setting yourself up for failure I would never sell or buy anything like this too many variables..
You price comped with a reprint. Also lots of bootlegs not modern reprints. Not a good box at all not justifying it. Double stitch doesn’t mean it isn’t vintage. Do some more research
Also you have 131 followers on your IG, which speaks volumes to your knowledge as I’m sure you have been doing this for less then a month it seems.... don’t try to ruin someone else’s business because your uneducated you won’t make it far in this community at all... regardless if the box was good or not, if you buy a mystery box your never going to be 100% satisfied. Do your own sourcing then.
rupert tough there was value there, maybe not what some would anticipate but its there. Some people can sell a shirt for $50 while others can sell that same piece for $100.. depends on clientele and location. You live in LA your definitely getting more locally then someone in Idaho (as an example), Also some people just hustle better... this guy should stick with his day job. I also have no sympathy for him when he made it known prior to purchase that it was for his personal collection and not resale.
lauren mcrae not saying he deserves sympathy but, what does him saying it was for his personal collection change? I mean if he said that but intended to sell yeah that’s kinda shady. Let’s be honest you’re getting the same “mystery box” regardless.
@@TheDude613 The difference is when a seller.is putting together a mystery box they sell it cheaper because they don't have to hand pick each item. When you ask for a curated box you pay UP! It takes more time and effort to hand pick special items for someone. Especially when he was asking for All Band Tee's (which already have a higher value). I wouldn't be happy with this box but then again I'm not blowing my money on $1000 Mystery boxes.

Matthew Risinger LMFAO okay, matthew
I have made much more on vintage jackets and coats than tees. I regularly find jackets and coats that sell great, but The North Face is falling off.
@@metalflippinmell6417 he showed some comps and the price difference. I've sold short sleeves for more than long sleeves before? Go back to the ralliroots channel it's ok for people to put out a real video and give their opinion.
I stopped watching them after he told me to unsubscribe for questioning something
Ryan is fake as hell. Not a good person at all period.
They are trash people!
@@mekets810 yea and rich as hell from you tube, disgusting
Yea, the Tesla show off video was so cringe. That’s when I hit unsubscribe.
They sold you clothes straight from garbage and not even wash 😂😂😂😂 time is hard at the thrift store they jacking up prices everywhere.
That was a shady deal for sure
Yeah this box is weak asf but u dont even have idea about vintage lol if something has european tags doesnt mean its fake
Right lmao 😂
This dude is crazy
Weak ass box no doubt but this dude is green when it comes to vintage tees
This is a real shame. I hope this video blows up and you get some justice
1k for this box is unreal. anyone that has actually knowledge on vintage knows this is pretty much robbery.
it might be robbery for some but put it long enough on ebay you should be able to get around $1000 for the lot (long tail) but he shouldn't have called it a scam, he received vintage shirts, not a bag of rocks

sorry to see this kind of thing.
I hope you didnt buy the course
ZZ top and Megadeth are legit, thats an european tag, mm is a bootleg also on basic european tag. Still the box was not worth it.
Very sad and disappointed to hear what happened with the RailBoots box
I always wondered what they did with the weird dollar tees they found on thrifth stores...now we know😃🤑🤣
As someone that has been in the vintage t-shirt game for over 10 years I stopped watching Ralli roots when they started really getting into t-shirts .
Facts they always rubbed me the wrong way. Just seem phony
NOOOOOOO!!! Disturbed is more offensive than the fake stuff. And the fake stuff is infuriating!! I'm so sorry this happened!!
Their French bulldog slept on that death pile and they came up $$$
So you weren’t buying a mystery box to resell? Why would you buy $1000 worth of random tees when you could just buy a few of your personal grails with the money instead then.
The fact that you are offended and embarrassed by Cannibal Corpse artwork is not helping your case here. The dog hair on the other hand is unacceptable.
Clearly he’s just riding the vintage wave
Despite the mystery box being quite trashy - your lack of knowledge on the other hand is also quite shocking. Don’t compare an original tee to a $10 reprint posted on eBay please. And please learn to understand the value of bootlegs (often more valuable than originals), as well as European releases.
are you allowed to sell bootlegs on ebay?
@@willscottage NOPE
willscottage yes you definitely can sell bootlegs on eBay. Fan art in a sense.
where are the other episodes to the ralliroots mystery boxes?
It's a mystery box right? Basically 3 outcomes. 1. Screwed, 2. Screwed, 3. Screwed.
Thank you for exposing this scam.
The ralli rats

If this was actual good stuff, don't you think they would sell it themselves...That's why its called a ''Mystery Box'' !
Use your head.
You're right. BUT, that's not "why" it's called a mystery box.
Exactly. I like Ralli Roots. Paying 1000 for a mystery box is crazy. It's like a box chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.
I’ll take those items you valued at $0 lol
I called out Ralli Roots for making fake sales a long time ago and they made a video about me calling them out. They hide their eBay sales record online so it only shows some sales. Then they make videos about their sales, yet you can’t find them on eBay. So why do they hide them?
Because their $$$ comes from you tube
Seriously wtf did you expect with a "mystery" box?? For $1000 you can find 300 or more vintage shirts all day by hitting garage sales and thrift stores. No one made any money buying mystery boxes...lol
Man said the comps on Ebay for disturbed shirts were trash and then pulls up an active listing for reprints as comparison instead of an actual vintage listing 💀💀 what a clown
These shirts are garbage for a $1000 box of high end concert shirts. Awful
Saw this on Reddit. I feel for you. Terrible experience. They seem as fake as can be and I suppose this proves that. I don't collect band shirts but I feel like you deserve a follow and like nonetheless. Keep it up my dude

Yep. Scammers with big heads bragging all the time
Very shady business practices. Mystery boxes are essentially gambling. File a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general in Ralli Roots state of business.
Just contradicted yourself in this comment lol

Also, you would think that since you are making a $1000 purchase, you would try to have some type of protection. But since you paid through F&F you lost that. ALWAYS ask for a detailed invoice if you are making that big of a purchase. Scrub mistake 101
Both sides are in the wrong here. This kid doesn’t seem very smart. And Ryan has always seemed disingenuous from jump

Covered in dog hair alone would piss me off. RR is raking it in but can't invest in a lint roller?? Some of those aren't fake but on European tags but definitely not worth a 1000.00 for even personal collection
You just start doing this 5 minutes before the box arrived?
Ryan is a douchbag period....
Yep they 100 percent contribute to it, so do most of the other big reseller channels. I heard 1 say dont undercut people on ebay with cheaper prices because its rude, while shes telling the entire world what items to buy knowing they will flood the market
Yo what is your IG? The one in your description doesn’t come up
After what he said about daily refinement, sorry, I’m out. Then I see this and not I, just angry. I would honestly flip the Fuuuuu out if he sent me that
Damn they maybe payd $25 for all them shirts and you paid $1,000 for them holy fuck. They made a killing off of you
personal boxes are for people with disposable income that want to support them not for reseller. he got what he paid for $400-$1000 worth of shirt depending on the market rate. regardless i wouldn't have been pleased by the shirts but calling it a scam is wrong. he got products albeit not what he wanted.

1. In many cases bootlegs sell for more
2. Off set prints were very common in the 70s, 80s, 90s (I was born in the 80s and have seen this first hand)
3. Just because a shirt is Licensed to Brockun doesn’t mean it’s printed on a Brockum tag...it can still be printed on various T-shirt’s so the fruit of the loom comment about the zztop makes me think you need a better hobby ( I say hobby and not business because you clearly have no idea what your talking about)

In the video he says they were real beats but then in another video long after that, they're just chatting and they mention the fake beats. Just one example. It was constant. They're pretty so people believe them. Plain and simple.
Expose RALLI roots
BUT I also read Ryans response... and he offered 3 things which should have squashed this :
1- full refund
2- keep the box for a partial refund
3- Keep some items and trade in others for more desireable items.
I’m sure those of you that actually sell online will HAVE to agree with what I’m about to say:
The pandemic, by its very nature of quarantining everyone from everyone else, has brought tons of new sellers and buyers to the online communities and marketplaces in 2020....
You don’t have to answer me, obviously, but if you want a new subscriber and supporter from ME, Dave , a full time “fellow-RE-Seller”, and UA-cam.... then I would really like to know.... if not .... that’s cool too
Thanks for the vid !!

Looks more like a DIY box than a “ Premium “ 📦

Sellers can say this T shirt is worth what ever the seller says it’s worth, it’s up to the buyer. That mystery box is sad. You might be able to go after RR for selling fake merchandise.
If you buy a mystery box from anyone I feel like you are setting yourself up for failure I would never sell or buy anything like this too many variables..
mystery boxes are never meant to be of great value...they usually are left over crumbs imo.
Did they ask you to pay through friends and family?
You price comped with a reprint. Also lots of bootlegs not modern reprints. Not a good box at all not justifying it. Double stitch doesn’t mean it isn’t vintage. Do some more research
Also you have 131 followers on your IG, which speaks volumes to your knowledge as I’m sure you have been doing this for less then a month it seems.... don’t try to ruin someone else’s business because your uneducated you won’t make it far in this community at all... regardless if the box was good or not, if you buy a mystery box your never going to be 100% satisfied. Do your own sourcing then.
Yea but he was promised some value for a thousand dollar box
rupert tough there was value there, maybe not what some would anticipate but its there.
