Ep.2 showed Kaiju no 8 with Octopus legs and other weird appendages it was a quick scene of his deformation control if I'm wrong about that long report in the beginning of this episode than let me know...
@@JGMortalKnight95 he did but the only person who saw it was Reno. Meanwhile, # nine with two witnesses - Reno and Iharu - sprouted extra appendages before trying to take them down.

In the last episode Mina mentioned that she’d been called to headquarters to discuss the situation with No. 8 and No. 9 on the loose. It was a brief snippet of dialogue, so it was easy to forget after a week.
