Barber's "Sonata for Violoncello & Piano" - LIVE

Cellist Orlando Cole gives a brief introduction and then performs the Sonata with pianist Vladimir Sokoloff in Curtis Hall at the Curtis Institute, Philadelphia, on January 28, 1973. Barber, Cole and Sokoloff were classmates at Curtis: Barber and Cole among the first graduating class of 1934, and Sokoloff graduating in '36.
