Jomblang Cave is a vertical cave with a collapse doline type that is also a tourist attraction in Gunungkidul. This cave was formed due to the geological process of the collapse of the land and the vegetation above it to the bottom of the earth that occurred thousands of years ago. This collapse formed a sinkhole or well which in Javanese is known as luweng. That is what makes it unique because in this cave there is a cave mouth area of about 60 meters, often called Luweng Jomblang.
