Oleg gives me great inspiration. I remember being 15 and having tendinitis for over a year in both hands. I couldnt lift more than a glass of water without immense pain. I trained myself to be back at lifting the same weights and more now but it I still feel weak in comparison with my old me and others from time to time.
Being strong isnt physical. Its a mental skill. He is outstandingly calm and focused I would almost say optimisitc. His will must be iron I have huge respect for you Oleg and wish you the best. With your technical and mental skills you will come back even stronger.

The fractures will give him the opportunity to have more calcium growth in the bone structure of his forearm since bones grow thicker after a fracture.
He has the potential of having an arm stronger than before.
@@nelson6657 I think it's misconception that bone will be stronger after breaking it (as i have been told that too) . If I remember correctly it is only stronger in some areas during the healingprocess and then it will go back to normal when healing is done.

I see. So the frequent workload will have his bones grow and adapt to his recovery. I've seen microfractures done in the shins and forearms of Muay Thai fighters (don't know if they still do this though). But I also read bones cannot be too hard or it would snap easier. Reminded me of the type of steel to use and the hardness scale depending on the weapon. Sorry for the rambling. Thank you for clearing that up.

His biggest challenge is the mental recovery. I think physically his body will repair as he's young but the mental challenge must be harder. Survivers guilt and ptsd etc. I wish you good luck and a fast recovery! Put the past behind you and focus on the future!

@@Joshtherealdeal Yup. Olegs left arm was mangled as well. So he most likely wont ever be able to gain the strength he had in that arm before the accident. Truly very sad. Also Andrey Pushkar was definitely one of the best arm wrestlers ever.
