Its been really helpful video for me as i just bought exact product from china. Could you believe your video is the only one available for this product in whole youtube. Yeah be proud Chris. Regards from SriLanka 🇱🇰
Awwwe. I'm glad the video was helpful for you. I love that mixer (it's made out of metal too). That was a big selling point for me, plus the 3.5mm mic jack, individual peak meters, and slider adjustments for sound. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hello! I bought myself the same model of the remote control. I can't figure out how to connect it to a computer to record microphone sound. Have you tried connecting it to a PC? As far as I understand, you need a USB cable with the same large ends, one end is connected to the PC, and the other to the USB audio port. And at the same time the inscription on the remote control indicator should light up: PC. DID I UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY? (I just don't have this exact cable in the kit) I'm waiting for your answer. Thank you❤
Hi there. After selecting the effect you want (See video at 03:01). You will see a row of 4 orange knobs just above the level controls on your mixer. Choose which channel you wish the effect to work on, then turn the orange dial to the amount of effect you desire for that channel. The more you turn the dial, the more effect you get from it. I hope this clears things up for you. Good luck.
I seem unable to make it work with a power bank though it is an output of 5v 2a. I tried a few...The mixer lights on but the effects/Bluetooth part not working. Sad coz i bought it with the purpose of being portable.
Hi Christopher thank you for taking time to make a video. I just want to find out if the USB audio works from your side? On my side it does not seem to work
Hello and thank you for watching. You have to use a high quality USB cable in order to obtain a proper connection between your board and the computer. I had the same problem. Mine didn't work at all and I was going nuts wondering why. It was by chance that I tried one of my expensive high quality cables, then it worked. I hope it works for you. Good luck.
Thanks Chris! This video helped me better understand how this Mixer works but there is a function that I still don't understand, by holding down the mode button the writing U 16 appears instead of BT, do you know anything about it?
You're welcome sir. I never came across that function until you mentioned it. I checked it out, and you are correct, U16 does appear, but at this point, I have no idea what it's function is. If I figure it out, I'll be sure to get back to you. Thanks for bringing it up....and thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate it.
Hi Lorenzo...I figured it out! When you link the board via blue tooth to your cell phone, the skip forward and reverse buttons become volume controls. You'll see that "U16" will go up or down in number sequence depending on the volume level you set. Good luck.
@@ChristopherKaltSrVideos I tried it and it works as you wrote even when the mixer is connected to the PC, it raises and lowers the main Windows volume. Thanks Chris for your help!
Hello and thank you for your questions. You are correct, there is actually a humming/hissing noise in the background that we had a hard time identifying. It drove me absolutely nuts. At first I thought it was something along the lines of what you mentioned, but not so. We use high quality cables which would prevent that type of issue. It turned out to be the brand new (huge) hard drive we just purchased and set on top of the desk we were using. The cycling noise of the drive traveled up the mic boom arm, creating that nasty noise you heard. We moved the drive and the problem was solved. No issues with the G6 whatsoever. Appreciate you watching and commenting. Peace!
Hello and thank you for watching. If you're speaking of a built-in mic (area mic), then no, it does not have that, however you can take this unit in to the field, home, office etc for great external recording using dynamic or 48v condenser mics. The multi-jacks take XLR and 6.5 mm (1/4 inch) phono plugs for your guitars. Track one is specifically made with guitars in mind because they included a "Hi-Z" button....and yes, you can definitely attach this beauty to your laptop. Happy recording and thanks again for watching.
@@SeregaSMT Yeah its the same one. Got it connected to my PC. Recorded in FL and Cubase, but the whitenoise is out of this world. I was going to use it to record podcasts at the office, but I cant use it. WAY to much hissing.
@@justd268I understood that this is a two-way USB 3 data cable. Right? And the fact that there is white noise, maybe it depends on its quality? However, if you have an expensive one on hand, then the problem is not in the cable, I suppose

@@SeregaSMT Regular usb to usb-3 for power, and regular usb to usb-3 form mixer to pc. Never had issues with my cables. I used the same to operate my other mixer, and it worked perfect. I was at the post office, to send it back and get a refund today.
I just got the M6 fromn Amazon, at a very good price and I found this video trying to find my way on how to use the fx. Sadly, pushing the knob doens't do the trick for me, I guess my mixer is deffective :( Additionally, something that confused me at first is that the little graphic eqs on channels 1 and 2 goes from high to low frequencies, contrary to all other graphic eqs I'd seen in my life haha.
Hello sir, and thank you for watching and commenting. My FX knob/button developed the same problem, I fixed it by pulling the knob off firmly upward to remove it, then I blew air into the hole using canned air, but you can probably use another source. It turned out that a small crumb fell inside the knob/switch blocking it just enough to cause it not to work. After blowing it out, I put the knob back on and it has worked well ever since. I agree you with the EQ configuration on the board, but I believe the reason is simply because it's made in China and I think EQ's are in reverse order there. Let me know if you were able to fix your FX knob with the air. Take care sir and thanks again for watching.

Hello. Sorry for my delay in response. Yes, if you recall in the video @ 1:40, you'll see a USB "A" jack located just above and to the right of the large LED number display for the FX. You will plug a USB "A" cable there then connect it via USB "A" again to your PC. The unit did not come with the cable, so you will have to purchase one. I used a USB "A" to USB "C" and bought an adapter so it would fit to my computer. Then you'll need to connect another USB "C" to the very back of the unit. Watch the video @ 7:55. After plugging in the USB "C" end, connect the USB "A" side to the computer and you'll have power....then you're golden my friend. The unit will work for you. Your computer will recognize it as a mic or audio device using device number 5A in your settings. I hope this was helpful.
