I love playing around with this: One thing that I like to do is to pretend that I’m having fun in the ocean and that every thought energy and action builds momentum which creates waves. I then be still and pretend that I’m riding those waves I visualize and feel the movement of the wave reverberating throughout my body. This is a fun dance between stillness and motion action and in action. Energy happens in waves. Life happens in waves. I always try to be fully present with this practice. Stillness is what rides the waves of every motion created. Stillness with a sense of fluidity works best for me. The key is to go about it with the energy of play and curiosity.
