Tender Braised Beef Chuck Dinner

Well, it was storming outside and over 100 degrees so I decided to cook in the A/C and boy was this good. I took a beef chuck roast and cut it up in strips. Seared it in my braising pan with some avocado oil and then smothered it in 2 kinds of bell pepper onions garlic and mushrooms. Let it braise for 3 hours for the most tender fall apart beef I've ever had. So sit back relax and enjoy. Items used in this video are available in my Amazon store below.
