Thank you for the video buddy, answered a lot of questions I had and couldn’t find good answers for. Appreciate the time you took out of your day for this. Much respect my man hope to see more of ya soon 😊
I plow with a snow ex 7'6 Rd on a Dodge RAM 1500. No issues plowing it actually scrapes really nive with the down pressure. The BIG CON and I mean BIG is back dragging. The plow just doesn't have the weight.
Awesome! when you have the right gear it's no issue,. back dragging is a problem for most plows specifically the lighter ones as you mentioned. Keep up the good work!
Once they sell you on needing a 3/4 ton, next they will sell you on how you need a V-Plow. Almost like they want to price start-ups out of the industry. Personally I use a 3/4 ton as it suits my needs for landscaping, but I for residential I think a 2 door short bed half ton would give great maneuverability.

My father only drove 1/2 ton plow trucks in our family own business of 5 motels for years.
Awesome video I was considering a plow on my half-ton and now I know what I need !

Every truck has it's place. More to come in this stay tuned.
Yes you can I love mine
So do I!
You can buy ball joints etc keep a eye on them
Absolutely, a half ton will go better in questionable place that a 3/4-1 ton will not due to the chassis not flexing as much
