Absolutely blown away with the sheer amount of comments under this video!
For those asking, I will definitely be reacting to BTS again, and will try and get it done in my next block of filming dates, so hopefully you wont have to wait for too long (juggling work, kids, personal life and UA-cam is a delicate art!).
Thanks to everyone who's taken time to comment, I can see them all and will hopefully get the time to sit down properly and get liking them all!

I learned Jimin first by his voice. Since trying to learn with their hair colors is pointless, he was tagged in my mind with "Voice of what Angels Must Sound Like"

@@beacatoera9412 Jhope does background vocals for a lot of their so has along with Jungkook because he is a sub vocalist. In fact he was supposed to a lead vocalist but he gave that to Taehyung cause he wanted to be a vocalist.

You know the saying, "One you Jimin, you never Jim-out"? Well, this guy Jimmed-in *immediately* - as well he should!
You don't have to apologize so much for not knowing the members' names, especially as it is your first time experiencing them. Personally, as an Army from their debut days, I find it refreshing that you're reacting to them and analyzing their vocals without plugging your own business as a vocal coach every *gd* two minutes. You have no idea how rare that is. Too many are using our boys as an accessory to market themselves rather than actually appreciate the art they are putting out in the world. SO, THANK YOU! Thank you for being genuine and not just using the boys for clicks.

I have been binge-watching BTS for about 3 weeks. As a former dancer/singer/entertainer - I am blown away by their work ethic - they have "it" all. My grandson couldn't believe that I was having anything to do with BTS. I will be 80 years young in a few months. IMHO all of their songs/numbers are danceable. Love YOU BTS.

Jimin's voice is very recognizable, people who have never heard of BTS usually find it easily among the seven :) i was never into high male vocals until i heard him sing
The one with the low "smoky" tone is Taehyung (stage name V), his range is 3.5 octaves, the biggest in the group
I love bts l love all of them but wt u say abt v may not be true bcz jin can hit lower than him i think jin did in dionysus(his ad-libs) i think so I don't have hate on him iam just saying he might did that

I'm so happy about your compliments for Jimin's singing!! He has the least confidence and training, this would make him also very happy!! As for the ones pushing their voices.. they're actually rappers. & love to tease the vocal line! V has a lovely range, from deep to high.. very R&B soulful sound. Jin does have a fabulous voice & outside his solos, seldom gets a chance to really shine. As for Jungkook, he had the strongest, most range & absolutely amazes everyone!

if you want some good voice analysis stuff,,, their "your eyes tell" performance is really good. i'd also suggest "jungkook doesn't know autotune", "jimin's best live vocals", " 'jin's the weakest vocalist' " and "taehyung's best live vocals". these four names are the designated vocalists of the group, while the other three members (RM, Suga, and J-Hope) are more known for rapping.
the one with the higher/more childlike voice (by the elevator) is Jimin. he's known for his high high high notes, (i think his highest long held note is an A5 (in the song "let me know"), but his most comfortable high notes are between E and G). his range is great too (A2-Bb5).
the one with the smokier tone is V (or Taehyung) and he has incredible range (E2-G5). My favourite of his high notes is in his song "stigma", so you should definitely check it out.
Jin is another incredible high note vocalist, known for his triple high note in the song "crystal snow" (Eb5-G5), and his 'rock scream' high note in "dionysus" (F#5). Jin's range is also great (Bb2-B5).
Jungkook (the youngest of the group) is known for his crazy stability. while dancing, he's still a vocal powerhouse. he also has some crazy range (G2-A5).

for jin that video is extremely outdated if u want to recommend jin's vocal video pls refrain from old video that would make wrong narratives with click bait title, there is good videos for jin like : jin live vocals and high notes compilation updated (2020) by nayasa . and jins upper range is A5. :)
hanana na the high note compilations are impressive but i was moreso suggesting both his middle and upper ranges for things to react to. and i didn’t realise how outdated that video is. and as far as jin’s highest notes, i’ve heard him hit B5 🤷🏻♀️

When I first got into bts I was very amazed by jimins voice. I've gotten more used to it because I listen to them all the time. This video got me excited about his voice all over again. I love it so much!
I think Jimin knows all about it. Because his watching UA-cam always. Jimin voice is so unique,it's sounds like 👼.
The elevator guy is Jimin. He was actually a contemporary dancer when he became a trainee.
The husky guy is Taehyung also known as V.. He is considered to be the most handsome man on earth. Besides that he has a very special personality. The other members consider him a genius. They are such a funny and sweet bunch. Train 12 hours a day, singing and dancing. They do concerts, music videos, dance practice videos , live award show performances, reality shows, live blogs, online concerts, documentaries etc. etc. They have HUGE fanbase they call ARMY. Lots and lots of stuff on UA-cam. Enjoy!

I just love how kpopies keep bashing Jimin's voice. But every single vocal coach I have came across, EVERY SINGLE ONE, makes eye hearts everytime Jimin sings
Jimin the guy you noticed and liked the most with the high voice wasn't a vocalist before he joined he was mainly brought in for dancing abilities and they are out of this world, had he not joined BTS he would have been the top contemporary dancer in the world. He was extremely insecure about his singing ability and had to basically teach himself for the first couple years BTS started I think finally around 2018 they started giving these guys vocal coaches and now look at how his unique voice has developed. His vocal range is amazing and you need to look up lie, promise, serendipity my personal favorites that are not known too much about is isac 2016 holding hands bts look that up when jimin sings his part heads turn. His voice is unique and special.
They always had vocal coaches. It's part of the training and even after debuting they always had someone giving them advice and helping them with their vocals.
@@amm6764 jimin didn't have a vocal coach most of the time, actually. Jungkook said so in a dvd (don't remember which, sorry, but it was when jimin was asking jk for advice on how to use his voice better)
A MM nope, jimin was actually the only one who didn't get any vocal training pre debut and only later on. All of his 2013 vocals were his pure, untrained natural vocals
@@nnnspa1 You are wrong. What JK said was that, since they were on tour Jimin was not able to have vocal lessons at that moment so he was asking JK. So much that in one of the episodes Jimin himself said he called his vocal coach for him to analise his performance and he said his coach told him he did well. Go back and watch it again. It was in Burn the stage. You completely miss understood what JK said.

JUNGKOOK main vocalist voice is in middle range with breathy tone, he easily switches lower, middle, higher notes, most of the background vocals, adlibs, harmonization with singers and rappers are done by him , he is also subrapper so he easily harmonize with rappers. His vocals are most stable while dancing to hardest choreography.
JIMIN voice is in higher range and he easily do highnotes and sometimes his voice is raspy.

TAEHYUNG voice is in lower range and deep, he can do highnotes. His voice is deeper than ocean.
JIN VOICE is in middle range, he can easily do highnotes. His voice is sweet like honey. Silver voice.
it's really interesting once you start noticing that all the little adlibs and harmonies are done by JK, and he does most of them live too, so it's even more impressive
J Hope is rapper and sub vocalist. As JK He make most of ad libs and have a stable voice, he harmonizes very well with everyone and has several textures in his own voice.
RM and Suga are studying to be vocalists too, I like RM's metal rock voice, but I'm always surprised by Suga's soft to super low voice.
while its true that jk does lots of background voices and adlibs, he doesnt do them all, jimin v and jin also do those in almost everysong.. sometine its rly hard to differanciate jk background vocals and v's or jin's becuz sometimes they literaly sound the same on specific notes and keys XDD
Both Jin and Jungkook are tenors who sing in a high range for a man. Even Tae is a baritone and not a bass and doesn't have a very deep voice.
I think jungkook sings without the mic most - he's the main vocal - but hes not in this video that much for some reason. You see the rappers singing in this more than anything 🙈😳

The funniest thing of this entire video was how often you complimented jimin and were intrigued by his voice and it was him every time but you didn't always connect him together lol... I really think you have to listen to their songs and especially their vocal heavy ones. Maybe starting off with just each members solo tracks to become more familiar with each. I've seen people list them below so have fun falling into the bts rabbit hole!
Jimin has a truly beautiful and unique voice. His voice is the icing on the cake for BTS songs. He has been doing more vocal training recently and the quality really show in the recent performances. "Stay Gold" live and "Your Eyes Tell" are amazing BTS vocal showcases. You must watch the live versions.

The high, bright tone was from Jimin and the smokey tone was from V. The group has 4 vocalists and 3 rappers. This compilation actually has more of the rappers goofing off and halfway singing. All of them can sing but the rappers don't do it as much. They've been releasing music for over seven years, so there are tons of songs to check out. Your best bet may be a "best live vocals" compilation, unless you want to react to each of the vocalist separately. The vocalists are Jin, Jimin, V/Taehyung, and Jungkook. The rappers are Suga, RM, and J-Hope. J-Hope is also a sub-vocalist and the best singer out of the rappers. What's really incredible is watching them dance and sing live at the same time.

By the way, most of the ones who were joking around with their voices were actually the rappers of the group :D There are three of them and they can also sort of sing but rapping is definitely where their passion and training goes.

Yeah, that was them completely messing around. Jimin (high voice) and V (low voice) have such unique voices. You haven’t heard “nuthin” yet. Plus the rappers sang a lot in this one. They aren’t necessarily singers, although they do work on their singing voices a lot. They sound good too! They have really great music that has a lot of meaning in the lyrics. You should check them out more. AND yes, they have great personalities to boot! Thanks for sharing!
