8:00 you had Bekka (Monster 6) spawn in the elevator. She tried to spawn in Room 200. Since elevator rooms weren't coded as "safe" in endless mode, chases can actually spawn in them but they'll immediately despawn once the elevator loads in, and in this case Bekka's textures broke the room. I've only ever seen this happen once or twice before, it's a rare glitch, and the fact it was Bekka was even more rare since it was a 1 in 19 chance it was her. She's the only one will be break the elevator button.
