Also what's wrong with quoting from the Bible? The Apostle Paul was instructed by Christ Himself and had many visions and prophecies which is why Paul has so much to say and teach. The Scripture reveals in 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 it is the Lord who chooses who and what He will accomplish through each person by the Holy Spirit and Paul is no different Acts 9:15-17/Romans 15:15-21. So we shouldn't be biased towards anyone or anything in the word of God just because it doesn't align with our own beliefs instead we should let the word of God speak for itself so it can correct any errors any false notions and misconceptions we may have.

My question is in Matthew 15 he did say he was only here to help his lost sheep, but the woman’s faith was so great he helped her daughter anyways. So doesn’t that mean he still is helping others who have great faith

What you quoted is still talking about Israelites being one nation under Christ again because Israel was split in two nations, Northern and the southern kingdom of Israel. 1 kings 12, some Israelites went off into idolatry hence the Samaritan woman at the well John 4:12.. some Israelites to on Greek customs and was labeled as gentiles in the new testament.
