When I listened to this for the first time I remembered that every morning I put on a fake smile and pretend to be just fine, but I'm bottling my emotions and it doesn't help by having depression and none of my friends or family understand what is going on but music and lyrics define my life better than I ever can. I feel like no one loves me or actually wants to be friends with me and I have to hide that pain from my family and sometimes it's hard because they piss me off and don't understand me and I just keep going in life and it's hard and I don't know what to do. I've heard people say don't bottle up your emotions because it will hurt but I don't know how to release them and sometimes I just scream in rage.

You are not the only one. i've bottled up my emotions for most of grammar school. I'm in sixth grade now,still bottling my emotions though.
