Mam, I have a spiral metal stair case in North side of my house and it's out side of home. It's use to go roof. So Is this ok to have a metal spiral stair case in North side. it's proper North.

You should take expert help. Secondly as you are planning for an expansion, always consult an expert because I have seen many people making huge mistakes, and they endup creating Vastu dosh which never existed.

Cannot tell without seeing the floor plan. My advice is that you should never construct any property by following few tips only or reading few articles.

If according to Vaastu we make staircase on West Or South side, then the entrance of 1st floor homes would fall in South and West side also.
But Main entrance is better on East and north. What to do? Asking for a 1st floor home.

Ma'am my plot is north west facing. Basically all the corners of my plot have main directions like the front left corner is North and the front right corner is west. The back left corner is East and the back right corner is South. So I can construct stairs in front 2 corners which are North and West. Can you please suggest if I can construct stairs in North? Please note that my house is North West facing - front left corner is North and front right corner is West
My honest suggestion to you would be to take professional help for the construction of your house, otherwise you will surely end-up making huge mistakes.
Have wooden staircase in brahmastan area, is this considered vastu dosh or being in wood material it nullifies the dosh. If not what is the remedy. Thanks

Can we make just 6-7 stairs in NE direction to reach the ground floor level which is at 5 ft height ( I have a basement which makes the ground level 5 ft high).

Nice videos. Mostly all topics covered. But I have noticed no one talk about the builder floor staircase.
What about builder floor with south direction staircase. Its a recommended location for stairs but again it will make the entrance to each floor from South direction. That side entrance no one recommends.

That will have effect on the individual owners of the builder floor because the common staircase will act as a CUT for each floor, hence will have similar effects.

What would be the remedies for North East staircase
Remedies can only be provided once we study your entire house in detail, because to balance one direction at time we have to see the opposite direction as well. It does not work like taking a pain killer for the headache, hope you understand.

Mam, we liked a triplex villa to purchase but i noticed that the staircase inside the house (going to 1st & 2nd floors) is right opposite the main entrance door in the hall. And on every floor, the stairs are ending right in front of the entrance of a bedroom. Mam is it as per vastu or do you suggest that we drop it. Where the kitchen is in SE, Master bedroom in SW, washing area/bathroom/Toilet is in NW, Puja room in NE, a bedroom in the West and a bedroom in the North. A hall in the center...
