I agree. The PG is such a joke. There a lot of friendly films that don't necessarily need parental supervision. That should go to a mature film. I feel like PG is such a misunderstood film category ever. Japan and Singapore use their PG categories towards mature films for good reasons.
Just saw Last Christmas, It should of got an M rating because it had plenty of swear words in it, kids should not be allowed to see it because of its mature content.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off literally has an F bomb in it and it's PG. If you did research you'd see that swear words only impact a rating when in the proper context
@@ShushilaFA nah, it was classified back then. Such as Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, rated PG back then but re-rated to an M a couple months ago. Ferris Bueller will be classified M if it ever gets re-released physically.
In my opinion, if we lived in an ideal world, all ratings should be maturity based, because while two people can be the same age, they can have different maturity levels. However we do not live in an ideal world, and we need to have age limits so kids cannot see stuff that they shouldn't
@@ShushilaFA There is nothing wrong with gay sex. I think gay or transgender children should be more spoken of rather than sheltering children about sexuality.

Avengers Endgame and any of the MCU movies should of been rated PG because the violence isn’t even on a moderate level, the MCU movies are more of a hard PG level rather than a M level.
127 Hours and Seven Deadly sins: the revival of the commadments must be M instead of MA 15+, also Scary Movie 4 and Highlander In search for vengeance must be MA 15+ instead of M
Payday 2 was rated R18+ in Australia for stupid reasons like high impact crime themes and drug references and violence like bruh and that wasn't near as bad as some Gta 5 and World war Z and Saints Row the Third and Watch dogs 2 and Payday 2 wasn't open world at all instead it was a first person shooter. And Payday 2 should be re classified as rated MA-15 for Strong Violence and Drug References and Crime themes. And Saints Row the Third and World War Z wasn't going be rerated to R18 at all it stay as MA-15.
They need to re-classify a lot of older films such as Halloween (1978) as it still stands at an R18+ rating when it is clearly at MA15+ level
Same in the US for TV in the US MA and R are one rating
Bru. I feel that film should've been a M or PG from America lol💀
Bruh more Tarantino films are MA15+ rated , than R18+
R18+:
Kill Bill
Pulp Fiction
The Hateful Weight
Natural Born Killers
MA15+:
Kill Bill Vol. 2
Django Unchained
Once upon a time in Hollywood
Inglourious Basterds
Jackie Brown
Some of those R-18 films are R in America (The American version of MA-15)
There already is a PG13 in Australia and it’s called M!
Besides, the PG rating sucks now!
TV-G-G
TV-PG-PG
TV-14-M
TV-MA-MA-15&R-18
In America M mean the same as MA-15+ for games and R1 8+ for manga

Should that extend to games as well
I watched a G (very mild impact, mild nudity, course language) and it talked about gay sex and had alcohol scenes.
Is there something wrong with gay sex?
