A lot of people love this movie and a lot hate it, but as someone who's never watched it the full way through I can confirm from a completely unbiased standpoint... that this slaps.
It is a really good movie, with a few jokes that for sure make it feel a little immature at times but does send its messages really damn well and is a good experience from start to end, I recommend watching it it's an 8/10 for me. :)
The squeaking at the opening is an instrument called a Cuica. A lot of people remember it from Baldi's basics, but I remember it from a lot of games in the early 2000's. The one that it reminds me of most is Diner Dash, where that was the noise menu options would make when you moused over them.

I wish more movies can do stuff like this where they mix the score with, the song of their choice so it's like even more like an expanded epic version of the song, but still be faithful with the sound design and rhythm of the song so it won't sound jarring when the song gets played.

Yes but quite opposite for me, I come here spesifically instead of the original so whenever I wanna listen to this song I don't have to max out the volume and turn it back down once I stop listening.

The scene when fender gets swept up the sweepers had teeth that is probbally the area where they store things and they are called sweepers not crushers
It hits different when I listen to this while in the car bc it feels like moving on a conveyor belt and I imagined I was in this scene in this movie for a second and it almost felt like it
In hindsight, the Chop Shop reminds me of Rupture Farms. When you think of it, both places repurpose parts of the common people and make them into products for the rich. This part of the movie even has the same atmosphere as the industrial bits of Oddworld.

This scene scared me as a kid, the lighting was the exact opposite of the city, it looked like Hell. And Ratchet was terrifying looking, one of the more scary looking female villains in a kids movie. But this music popping off too well. Synced up with the workers welding, don't like the movie all that much but that's good filmmaking.
