I believe the submachine gun at the end is an MP-34. It's an Austrian submachine gun made by a Swiss subsidiary company during the early 30s, then in Austria under Nazi occupation for a while. Many countries at the time purchased them in various caliber and usually limited quantity, as their exquisite manufacturing quality drove the unit price quite high. But then, being Austrian in origin and Swiss manufactured, the MP34's nickname of "the Rolls Royce of SMGs" should likely come as little surprise.
