    One question I'm still trying to wrap my head around is how do you charge for this?
    If you build a wrapper on top of Open AI's GPT for example, you are getting charged for all of that usage through your Open AI API, right?
    That feels like it would be really hard to predict what usgae /costs would be and how to charge for this to break even / make a profit but to be honest I feel like I am missing some painfully obvious way around this 🤣
    Please help if anybody knows!!

    • @GregIsenberg
      @GregIsenberg  6 днів тому +1

      Yup. You're paying for OpenAI usage and there is platform risk. They can decide to boost prices 100% overnight or even worse, shut you down.
      But you can look at current prices, and put a healthy margins today.

      @@theunscheduledceo for sure. im not saying the money is not worth it. all im saying is that the first "hit" is because of luck and being at the right place at the right time. focusing on the "brand" and launching fast is the way to go. but you should also not try and do other verticals in a similar space like how the rizz guy because you do not have some key info which can be an advantage.
