- When turning right at junctions and there are parked vehicles close to the junction it's important you get back to your side of the road before making the right turn. Also when turning left and the view is restricted then it's important the speed is slow so that when you enter the new road you can deal with the problems on the new road, if there are any. For example there can be parked cars very close to the junction, or there might be pedestrian crossing the road, there might be roadworks and etc. and so because the view is restricted it's better the speed is slow so you can deal with it as you enter the road.

Many learners fails the driving test for not coming back to left when turning right after going round parked vehicles close to the junction. Also many fails when turning left with high speed and there are problems in the new road, maybe parked cars or something.

Please a quick question- If want to turn slowly to the left and you cant see properly , after you slow down, should the gear be in 1st or 2nd and also how can you avoiding coasting if you cant see properly and you want to turn slowly to the left from a main road.

How do you deal with a junction that has no lines ?
as you said on another video to get driving licence we have to prepare ourselves mentally and financially. so what amount of money I have to save to do this?
Hi Haftom
It will depend on how many lessons you’ll need to learn and pass because every person is different and we all learn differently. Some will need more than others and some will need less than other.
So it will depend on you how quickly you learn. But to help you to get an idea, it’s advised that an average person needs around 40+ hours of driving lesson with a driving instructor and around 25 hours of practice with friends and family, and nowadays the average lesson price is around £30 per hour.
