Please the second lace was 18rows or 20 rows and the 68 chains how did she finish it for the sleeve. I am a bit stuck in there. Will appreciate if we can talk. Being trying to figure it out
Just love this cardigan. I made one in blue and am now making another in multi colours. I enjoy making it as there are only two pieces to crochet and it is done! I enjoy wearing it too.
Love your pattern as I hate to make separate sleeves and have to sew them in, so having them made with the garment is wonderful!! It's also great to have a tutorial to refer to as I'm new to crochet and sometimes need help in following a pattern's instructions, thanks so much!
I'm really interested in making this into more of a bed jacket style, so I will definitely be watching this tutorial a few more times before possibly purchasing the pattern so I can go ahead and do that. ❤
Thank you so much for making a tutorial for this beautiful cardigan. Your designs really stands out above the rest on UA-cam. It's so elegant! I just finished making this one in a cream color and it was so easy to follow thanks to your video and website instructions.
The gauge is in pattern stitch so yes it is with the clusters. I would suggest also doing the sc rows as well as if you are beginning the pattern on the cuffs.
Thank you so much for this beautiful sweater. A tiny suggestion, a lighter color for the tutorial would be so helpful. The darker color makes it hard to see the stitches.
This was one of those situations where I needed to remake an entire cardigan and wanted to do it in the colour I wanted. I apologize if it's hard to see but I had to have it in this colour!
I am in the process of making this, I have a question When I chain the first 68 and work on them then then get to end of the row and chain another 68 is it correct that one side (68chains) has an additional row. Thanks
MJ I really need to know the answer for this question please! I have made several of your patterns, but this one I’m just struggling with because one side has an extra row than the other and I just want to make sure before I go any further that that is correct. I do not see any notes in the pattern that indicate this and I want to make sure I’m not doing something wrong before I continue. Thank you so much for all your wonderful patterns and tutorials!
I would like to make this. It will be my first clothing piece. Question. How do we do the 2nd panel so the stitches all face the same or will they automatically look the same no matter what?
I have a question. Where you stitched the 2 sides together and said you just stitched them to the 99th stitch? was that stitching to the 99th stitch from the top so the bottom was open? I ask this because after you made the bottom trim it looked like the back was stitched all the way from top to bottom. And there isnt an opening from halfway down. did you leave the bottom 99 stitches open and im seeing what your doing from the top to the middle?
Please anyone that has done it. I am a bit confused and stuck finishing it. The second part did she make 20 or 18 rows. Also, how did she finish the sleeves. Is not showing the video
This is only my second sweater and it's such a great pattern!! I was so excited to finish the second side I ended up sewing the center back all the way instead of half way. I'm fixing that now. and I did also add a row of single crochet around the sides for stitching together.
@@mjsoffthehook can we add let’s say two more rows on the sleeves before the increase? To me it looks/feels like my sleeves are gonna be to short (I like them longer half way my hand😊) Can you tell me what I have to adjust for this? I bought your pattern on ravelry today and started straight away, it’s lovely!! Thanks
Oh my, this is beautiful. Easy to follow video and pattern. Just finished in time to wear for Mother's Day tomorrow. Thank you Michelle...

I take my wedding rings off when I crochet ... I noticed you engagement ring does what mine does all the time 💍 sometimes yarn gets snagged on it 😂😂
Great idea!! I'm lucky mine doesn't seem to snag my work. My rings always twist!
Wondering for the gauge swatch if it is 14 stitches by 6 rows of the cluster pattern, or if it is sc rows? Thanks
Wondering the same thing
Good question bc there’s no way I’m getting 4” with the sc!
I need to know this too please.
I guess no one got a reply? I was wondering as well..............

@@mjsoffthehook I totally get it. Your designs are so lovely, and you do so many. Thank you so much. I love your patterns
What would recommend if only have 4wt and no 3wt yarn? Hook size change or use the stitch multiple to adjust measurements?
I just purchased this pattern on Ravelry! I’m just wondering how to do the gauge. Is it single crochet? Thanks so much! I can’t wait to make it!
Do I subject any rows for a small
Another lovely pattern. Can this be made shorter in length?
Hi MJ
What size yarn did you use in this tutorial?
It's beautiful ❤️
Did you ever get a reply?
What is the multiple for the chain? I would love to make this but I’m a large woman so your size wouldn’t fit me
I started this pattern with Mary maxim mellow spun. It feels really nice , but I was wondering. Would this be a good yarn or not?
I am in the process of making this, I have a question When I chain the first 68 and work on them then then get to end of the row and chain another 68 is it correct that one side (68chains) has an additional row.

Lovely cardigan but can I make 100% lydia thread or use different yarn
I would like to make this. It will be my first clothing piece. Question. How do we do the 2nd panel so the stitches all face the same or will they automatically look the same no matter what?
After doing the 20 rows, does anyone know how many clusters there are after increasing? I seem to be going wrong on my 2nd panel - help!!!
i figured it out, sorry. but i was wondering how would it look with a slit part way up the back. or would that make it to weak?
How manu clusters do you have behoren you add the 68 stitches?
I love the stitch, but I like the pattern to to up, not sideways. So you have a pattern like that?
If I were to use this pattern for a blouse, what multiples would I work for the chain?
If i want it longer how many chains for back and front from the sleeve thanks xx
Hi,
I would like to make it longer. What's the math for it to extend the chain after the sleeve rows?
Hiw many chain for medium size?
Can this be made in a crop style? If so what's the multiple?
I have a question. Where you stitched the 2 sides together and said you just stitched them to the 99th stitch? was that stitching to the 99th stitch from the top so the bottom was open? I made panels but I noticed that I should done another like mirror image so the right sides are facing correctly. 🤔
Wish the view at the end showed the finished project also the parts you were sewing together ....totally messed it up not knowing where to sew it ..
Hi! How many yards of yarn do we need? I'm going to do a medium.
What yarn is the cream colour ?
My yarn is smaller than yours. How do I increase the starting chain number?
When doing a treble crochet, how do you keep the top of first wrap around so tight? By the time I finish the stitch, the last one is super loose...
Try placing your finger on the stitch to prevent slacking 😊
What size you making
How much yarn is required for this project?
Can I use the pdf for xs.. for an 8 year old girl?
What sizes will this fit?
I have the same question. She usually says the size, but I guess she forgot. It doesn’t seem like she answers too many questions about the pattern.
I love your patterns but I am a size XL. How do you make larger sizes?
Please anyone that has done it. I am a bit confused and stuck finishing it. The second part did she make 20 or 18 rows. Also, how did she finish the sleeves. Is not showing the video
From where ,I get written pattern?
Urgh i am struggling with my sleeve increases. I am sure i am doing something wrong. They seem to be getting too wide
♥️♥️♥️💯
How do I find the larger size stitch counts please?
The link to the pattern and blog is the description box

Purchased the pattern on etsy, but having trouble with the total number of rows for the sleeves.
You should have a total of 20 Rows

How many chains to begin with for a M/L sweater. Can anyone please tell?
Thank you but what is the name of the cotton??
The original yarn I used is discontinued so I've updated the pattern for CotLin from WeCrochet shrsl.com/3hu3z
How can I get the pattern for this? How much yarn is required
