If you notice, look with your eyes, you can see they are doing their best to comfort the babies before being able to properly cuddle!! Dunno why it's so hard for you to understand this!
The little boy with the blue cap and the girl after him were both so tough and brave ✊. There you can see again that it isn't really painful it is more that somebody they don't know are doing something weird... And if the parents are nervous or afraid they feel it and they will make more trouble...

It is interesting to watch how different they are reacting. It isn't the needle that hurts it is the pressure of the liquids cause it need some seconds until it is in the surrounding tissue... When my kids were small our doctors always said that they hate it if babys are so fat but for injections it is better cause fat don't have nerves or veins but as you can see here the fattys are crying a lot... The most important thing is how parents and staff handle it As more they are reacting to the kid and as more they are like omg my kid get hurt etc. as more the kid will cry.... Fact is they need vaccinations and that little thin needle is like nothing. We as adults know that normal injections don't hurt much and it is fast and over after one or two seconds so it isn't a drama for babys and kids too....
