UPDATE. Please note: I found a leak on the exhaust manifold when I was inspecting a metallic noise I thought was a loose cam chain. Found some of the exhaust manifold nuts were loose then tightened them. The noise went away but my peak pressure dropped to 8-10 PSI though no performance difference. I was planning on a tune to boost pressure and take advantage of the upgraded turbo but had to sell the car since repair jobs have slowed.
