Little bit of penetrating spray before the tappy tap tap and although I have done it in the past, don't use the back of your driver as the percussive persuasion. Quality tools are expensive and a good tech looks after em. Right tool for the job not only makes the work easier but adds that level of professionalism. That blind bearing puller is case in point, lovely tool that not everyone has and it did the job nicely. Love the TLD series reels, absolute simplistic workhorses. Enjoy the videos as always. p.s. Had to give up the workshop and a great client base but hey, you can't put a price on the quality of life offered here. I am hoping to get a small workshop up and going again, brought my parts inventory with me so have a good head start. As always, keep well and posting the vids so I can enjoy the job vicariously.

Please can you enlighten me with details of your bearing extractor that you used. Where did you get it from and how much. We have nothing like that here in Zimbabwe. Look forward to hearing from you.
