Such a great lecture! Is there any chance you can give a tutorial on structuring exam essay questions? Or just generally how to structure answers, sometimes I fulfill all the relevant information for an essay but the way I approach it pushes me back a few marks.
This is a great video! Just a quick note in relation to reasons, I thought no general duty to give reasons exists though there are many exceptions to this in the common law?
He's literally taught me everything I needed to know in the space of 20 mins when I have been taught this in lectures for a whole 3 months! So useful!
