You have woman power by the way you got the husk off of the coconut.Two tips: add a little bit of lemon juice to the coleslaw and you can also cover the pelau with waxed paper and a pot cover and let the pelau steam-cook. The rice cooks quickly. The pelau and coleslaw looked very delicious. I learned one thing from you though, to season the chicken and the pigeon peas together.
