I wish l had found your channel earlier. I really like your content keep it coming, it is short and easy to comprehend.
Keep the good work going , Telephone farming never worked for me.
1.Which dewormer are u using?
2.Which site is better to check mouth or eye?
1. Abendazole
2. I am not sure but have found it easier using the mouth
@@DiariesofaGoatFarmer thanks bro, I'm doing free range in Gokwe South.
Might be better to alternate dewormers rather than using the same dewormer a all the time. The best tho would be to do stool analysis as advised in the video.
@@sabhukuchoko263 which part of Gokwe south exactly
@@felixjason4425 Gokwe Kana next to Manoti
For kids I dnt use the FAMACHA chart,I dose monthly till three months of age.the risk is just too much. For my bucks I doze every three months.for females I use the chart coz it can help in saving esp if u hve huge numbers. If you are not on ground I think it’s better to stick to a schedule coz even pple dnt interpret the same😂😂.
Very interesting thank you for the insights there. I think on the kids I agree with You 100% I had tried to adopt it on kids but the results can be catastrophic
@@DiariesofaGoatFarmer yes the risk is high on kids (weak immune system/deteriorate fast) and buck.just imagine losing a buck to worms it derails the whole process so I dnt take chances there. Not to mention bucks are expensive!😂
@@davisonzuka You are very right to even on the bucks as well they are too expensive to lose
Has anyone tried incorporating herbs that stop worms in goat feed, like sage?
This seems like a good idea please tell me more!
