Personally I use cooldown boots, Pure Sky, shadow ripper, overlords plate mail, eye of Phoenix and siege breaker. For arcane just go 6 red moon, 4 cataclysm, 10 vacuity, 6 harmony and 4 hunt. This is my build and it works really well but it's a mid to late game build.
