Hi. Once used to, i'd say photoshop can be so effectiv to work with hundreds of photos. BR to classify and rename your photos. Then camera raw wich offer all the features of lightroom, eventually a double click to use photoshop, and then automation for your watermark or numbers. I work in tourism and group photos. We need to be really really quick, efficient and keep a good quality to sell pictures. Lrc is great but clearly not as fast and effecient, for me.
I can understand that... Photoshop and Adobe suite are getting expensive day by day but in my opinion I would recommend you to use free alternatives instead os using fake free Photoshop crack version..
I prefer the workflow of photoshop. As i have hundreds photos to publish in a few time in my job. First i open BR to classify photos and rename them automaticaly. Then double click to open camera raw, wich offers same features level as lrc. If needed, another doubleclick for a layer on photoshop. Then an automation to create a copy of the photos with a number on it. Printed and ready to go on the wall. 100 photos in less than 30 minutes ready to sell and all worked with all the power of camera raw and photoshop. I really like this workflow.
Lightroom is for enhancing photos.
Photoshop is for editing photos.
In other words, Lightroom is just a more advanced version of Photoshop's Camera Raw filter.
True
i have to say..
Lr is a blessing ❤
I edit 2000 photos at times, there is no way in hell I’m using photoshop for that.
For my graphic design projects…then yes definitely.
I agree for batch photo editing light room is better... But when it comes to manipulation Photoshop has the edge...

Lightroom for photo editing
Photoshop for image manipulation
I am interested in learning lightroom, goin to take my classes soon since it will help me a lot as I am beginner in graphic designing.
Good for you... Best of luck !
illustrator might be the right tool for you
That's true.. Either Illustrator or Adobe InDesign..
If you're talking about graphic design, then Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are the tools for you. Lightroom is more for photographers.

Does lightroom edit colors better? Especially talking about raw files. Does anyone know?
Yess it also has various masks like gradient and radial mask...
How about camera raw ?
