The attorney general and the government of Guyana needs to create a “traffic court” for traffic offenses and driving violations. Police and law enforcement officers should only be able to give out traffic tickets to drivers after which the drivers can appear in a “traffic court” to plead guilty or innocent to judge and the judge will decide the fate of the driver. Cops should not be allowed to take driver to the police station for any traffic violations unless that person was drunk or it was a very serious accident or someone died in the accident. Police officer having the ability to take drivers to a police station for traffic violations or offenses is how police officers are able to be so corrupt by stopping drivers and shaking them down for money.
