I feel the same way! I found Tati's channel at a dark and lonely & stuck time in my life. Her along with Kathleenlights helped me escape my dark thoughts, helped me feel a window of normal, a window of cheer. Helped me work 2 jobs to get to a better place, I watched her on my breaks when the sleep dep made me feel crazy.

I had a situation with an old job where they threatened litigation with me on my way out the door. I was a real wreck - so scared of the people that I once thought were welcoming management, and got paranoid. I didn’t leave the house for a while thinking that someone was watching me and looking for something to use in the potential litigation. It takes so much strength to recover, to keep going, and I luckily didnt even have to go through the litigation. So.. don’t doubt your strength, Tati. I know what it means to have that stuff hanging over your head. You’re providing light to other people even while this is happening so.. thank you and i’m so proud of you 👏🏽

Being alone is extremely powerful - I lived alone & didn't date for about 15 yrs and it was wonderful. Then I missed having another soul around so that ended. But I know if/when I'm alone again, I'm good with it. Great video Tati - more like this please!

I had the 'I don't care what others think' locked down but the self love...! Nope-I heard all the negativity and hatred for far too many years. And my beautiful daughters have reached a good place in their journey as well. I'm very blessed to be where I am and the trip I've taken to get here with some great and good people to pull me out of the fire I pushed myself into. Tati, I agree with you on the toxicity of social media. Social media isn’t a space to connect with family and friends anymore. It’s a space that has been monopolized so that the consumer just wants to buy more and more and more. It also feels like an unspoken competition that isn’t real life.

UA-cam and social media is just not the life for me. More power to the people who get up every day and display there lives so publicly. Just leave me to my little 12 hour shift job, my little one bedroom home and me sitting on the couch eating jalapeno Cheetos with cheese dip and watching Netflix.

Tati, I have always been a casual watcher, but I have to say, your thoughts on Botox really hit me hard. I’m 28 and I’ve been learning more about it and seriously considering starting because I’ve been getting more wrinkles these last few years from an eye issue I’ve been experiencing and it’s been hard to feel like I’m aging faster than normal. Your thoughts and comments on it make me a little more hesitant to pursue it (at least at this point in my life) so thank you!!

I totally understand what you say about how interaction in social media has changed, most of it is only focused on selling an image or products to "achieve" a certain "lifestyle", which in the end is just a mask to show to the public... that's why in the last few years I unfollowed a lot of people , and that's why I love these kinds of videos! because it feels like you're talking to someone real, you hear their real ideas and thoughts and that creates that connection that not many people dare to do in this age of social media. We are from the same year 1982 and I turned 40 in October. A milestone maybe but my skin and body tells a story. All the stretch marks from 8 pregnancies and 5 healthy children are just there to remind of a greater love and purpose. We never stop learning and physically aging is just that, as long as our soul keeps maturing. May God bless you and no weapon formed against you will prosper!!

Bh Cosmetics as the original brand was bought out over the spring by the Revolution Beauty Group, so the brand we knew is actually gone

Hahaha I worked Returns at Costco…the day after Thanksgiving a lady returned the bones of the Turkey saying “there was dark meat in it and it was dry” 🤦🏻♀️ people have no shame. I’ve retuned a 12 year old food processor with food dried in it, dead Christmas trees, dirty underwear that were 5 years old. That job was an adventure!!!

It is SO refreshing and appreciated to hear you speak about spiritual stuff, and the things in life that really matter. I went through a similar spiritual journey a few years back. It’s hard for me to watch a lot of the beauty channels now because while I still love beauty/self care, the channels I used to view regularly don’t resonate with me anymore. It’s an overly superficial world we live in, and I subscribed to it a long time. There is a peace and satisfaction that comes from being with God and in nature that I used to chase after with other “things”.
I think this is my favorite video you’ve ever done. When life knocks us down, it hurts. But if we allow ourselves to learn the lesson, it becomes a blessing for ourselves and others. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!!

I am cheering for you, Tati. I stay far away from drama in my life and the drama of You Tube. I watch cleaning videos, hauls, and makeup, to just have fun and enjoy simple things. I think the world needs to stop with the drama. I'm proud of you, and cheering you on. I'm glad you have peace.
Thank you so much for sharing Tati. I loved you so much before, and I love you so much even more now. Knowing everything you went through, and making the choices you made, shows me the kind of character you are and have. You don't settle for something just for the money. Those decisions must have been so difficult to make or maybe not, but they definitely served you well in the long run. Look at where you are now.

Hey Tati! I have to detox from overstimulation every so often. I know how you feel: If you can't stand to be alone, how would anyone else want to be around you? I try to do one day a week when I don't speak and don't listen to any talking, just recorded music. No UA-cam, no Hulu, no Google lookups, no reading emails or text messages, no answering the phone or listening to voice mails, ZERO communication. I read a classic if I'm bored; it's Steinbeck this week. Prepping for a long roadtrip! Always the best purge - like a vow of silence! We need this, you're telling us what's real and have moved beyond the fake and brought us along! Thank you!
