@@vi2321 No. Techno has confirmed that he isn’t comfortable with the SBI family thing being canon. Your allowed to have it as a personal headcanon but is not to be confused with ACTUAL canon. And Tommy has confirmed he’s an orphan canonically. Wilbur is Phil’s only canonical son. And much like Techno, with Tommy you are allowed to headcanon Tommy in the SBI family thing it’s just not canon. I get it, you want more SBI but it’s not canon and you need to except it. In canon Techno is just a really close friend of Phil’s. Canonically Tommy and Phil have had like 1-2 interactions, any knowledge c!Phil has about Tommy is from Wilbur’s letters.
