Our beloved phoenix takes flight! Loved this challenge, the vlog is so well done and has so many fun little details in the editing. It really brings out Kiwawa's cuteness, and is a testament to how hard she works to give us new and fun content. After this and the survival challenge, I really hope we can see something like this again in the future!

Flying, the first of the Phoenix Challenges which seemingly gave the harder challenge of enduring the landing 😅.

Congratulations on a successful flight and on having more courage than me. FYI: you also did a great job with the videography and showed just how beautiful your home country of Austria really is! The scenic views you had from up there were beautiful (and admittedly probably even better in person)! We already know what a good photographer you are from your photos showing us your dinner on Twitter and those skills transfer over to filming as well.
Only Kiara would be crazy enough to go paragliding for her 3 year anniversary, really fun way to celebrate it, and was cool to see her experience something she never would have tried without hololive.

I love the editing consistency by Kowkarot, showing the hats in the shadow up until the takeoff where you cg'd them flying off, then they're gone in her shadow after the landing.
The editing work in this video is both incredibly funny and extremely impressive. Can't imagine the time put in to do it all. Turned out great!! Happy to get to witness the first flight of the phoenix!!
Austria looks like such a beautiful place. Great video, Kiara, I'm sure it took a lot of work from yourself and the staff to make it happen. I'd love to see more like this in the future!

This was so much fun Kiwawa!!!!!! The views were GORGEOUS and I loved all the little edits! I absolutely love this vlog concept because it gives chimkins like me that are usually at work when you're streaming good content to consume :D
This is such a cool way of creating content. The editing and effects used for the video to keep things private but still in-character were really charming. This was so cute! The techniques used kind of show that content creation as a vtuber doesn't necessarily require you to only ever be a model on a screen, and you can do different things like this.
What a wonderful flight, Tenchou! Thank you for sharing the beauty of your country with us, even tho you got nauseous at the end. Your flight partner was an excellent teacher and thanks to her too for allowing you to see and film such gorgeous views!

I took a paragliding class once, about 12 years ago, with my sister and one of her friends. I wish I had the money to go again, paragliding is very relaxing and a lot of fun. Our flights were solo, and I was told afterwards that my landing was incredibly smooth. Which is funny, because I pulled the brakes early and dropped a good solid meter straight down onto my feet.
Austria is very beautiful, and the editing in this video was really well done.
Hopefully you'll have a chance to go paragliding again in the future, maybe even fly solo some day.

The funny thing with heights is, at least for me, being on a tower thats like 20 meters ish gives me more anxiety than 50+. There is a disconnect where you don't realise how far up you actually are, and in the air itself it seems less scary than leaning over the edge of a building.
With the start what she ment to do is not give the glider any slack, I don't think she ment that you can actually "run" with the glider in the back when its not up yet.
Vielleicht lädt dich jemand zu einem Rundflug in einem Segelflugzeug ein, das ist bestimmt sehr viel entspannter.
Heights are odd for me as well. Being on a plane causes no issues at all, when being just a few floors up can make me nervous near edges. I think there are certain heights where your brain will just check out and realize nothing that's worth worrying about matters.

Flying in the mountains sounds super fun
The whole experience really looked really fun. Makes me actualy want to try thus out myself. I went to Austria myself a cupple times too and explored Salzburg. I'm pretty sure that I have also passed that exact bus station in the begining of the video on my most recent trip there. Otherwise the country itself really is quite beautiful. For anyone that is planing to go there, I highly recomend it. Let's see what kind of challenge has our phoenix planned next
